Just outside of Bar Harbor away from the crowds but close enough to walk / shuttle into the heart of the town. Breakfast and coffee included (a huge plus) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is not included but the location, views, and staff made the place very worth it. Highly recommend!

Large room with nice amenities. Great view of the Harbor. Salt water, heated pool. Wonderful full breakfast. Comfortable bed, and easy access to Bar Harbor and Acadia park.

The breakfast is very much on the poor side . Non existent choice and the quality of the products is below average

The property is in need of updating. Had a hard time navigating suitcase cart to room. Laundry was outdoors, but still worked pretty good. The breakfast was awesome and that area was updated and very clean. Bathroom had nowhere to hang up with towels.

The view was amazing! Enjoyed the swimming pool! The room was very well situated. Breakfast was available and had hot options. Shuttle bus for Bar Harbor comes directly to the property. Distance up a hill/ but that is what I liked about the property too giving amazing views and no road noise.

A very delicious breakfast, a wonderful location, and simply a marvelous view from the window. The floor in the bathroom was dirty.

Location, clean room, breakfast. There was some slight chemical odour in the room like burning plastic. Probably it was coming from electrical circuit of refrigerator.
