It was beautiful there. Also just about a mile from all the shops in town. Room was nice. Pools were nice. The free breakfast was shockingly very good! Saved us some money. Maybe would have been nice to be slightly closer to town? However, it was also nice to be away from all the chaos.

The location, friendly and helpful staff… Wonderful breakfast! We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and enjoying the view each morning Not enough selection of teabags… I enjoy fruity teas, and they only had chamomile, chai and Earl Grey

The location was perfect, and the views were incredible. It felt like a resort, with the continental breakfast and restaurant on premises. The food was excellent. The distance to the pool from Oceanside, but not a deal breaker.

First of all, the cover picture Booking.com uses doesn’t do the resort justice. The grounds are adorable and the rooms were perfect. We had one facing the harbor and had our own balcony. Outdoor pool was excellent. Restaurant was delicious and breakfast was better than most buffets. Just a little far out from town but all and all worth the extra time.

Located right on beautiful Frenchman’s Bay in Bar Harbor, and relatively close to downtown Bar Harbor, this hotel has the best prices of any waterfront property in the area. Also has a dock with site seeing boats (including an excellent sunset cruise) and a very good onsite restaurant.
