There was no ocean view, u r looking at a building or its roof top. There were black ants in the bathroom huge ones. Couldn’t get wASH CLOTHS. ASKED FOR MAINT. Sid there wasn’t a way they could only text them. I tried to talk to someone each day same thing I’ll send. Message till LAST DAY he said he was sorry that was not how it should have been. Nothing else

Everything good!

The location is good but the rooms are not good torn rugs doors beat up. It’s not the hotels fault but above was a family and they let kids jump and down and run around it was so loud on our ceiling it woke us up after getting ahold of the staff they called and they finally stopped.

It was close to Acadia. Parking was free. It was convenient with walking around

The bathroom was very dirty when arriving. The facet was broken. The sink was plugged. The breakfast was very limited. Little to no protein other than hard boiled eggs and small yogurts. They had butter and cream cheese out but no bagels or bread to put it on both mornings we were there. For the price we paid this property was a huge disappointment.

it is good place, will recommended to others.
-
The location. The price considering the area. The lobby coffee was totally decent. Plenty of towels in the room.

Also, I asked to have 2 rooms next to each other, due to traveling with children, but didn’t any.

Basic room. Good location.

Breakfast was limited. The desk clerk changed our room without any problem. Beds were fairly comfortable. Water pressure was good. Location was excellent. The first room was filthy. There was hair on the toilet, something that appeared to be drywall dust all over the bathroom floor, dirty rugs, and enough dust on all surfaces to write notes on them. We could not stay in there. The second room was very dusty on all surfaces. The bathroom and room needed to be cleaned by myself and my husband. There was mold on the bathroom window and ceiling. We couldn't plug in the hair dryer in the bathroom because it was mounted upside down and snug to the mirror,so the plug wouldn't fit.

We arrived late evening after a 5 hour drive from Boston in pouring rain. Check-in was easy, room was ready and clean. Next day (and day after) breakfast was fine, though no tea bags (we are British so we like our tea!). Our only "issue was getting out of the parking lot. We were in a Mercedes C300, Eden Road is quite busy and it was hard to see both ways.

Terrible breakfast, poor parking, extremely bad bathroom and small beds. I will not recommend this place to stay.

Breakfast was bare minimum, mostly carbs. Only protein was hard boiled eggs in bags. Staffs are not friendly, felt like I'm bothering for asking a question. There's a sign in the room stating they clean every other day. They didn't do that. The outside walls paint was killing, although they had a painter came the last day we were there.

Great stay!!

Location was okay and very convenient for Acadia National park. Room was small and overfilled with furniture. Coffee pot in room but no coffee available for two days. Room was damp. The price was good though.
-
nothing No juice or spoons at breakfast, most food had run out. The room was tired and the zircon noise.
-
Breakfast was minimal and out of packages, facility not good (you had to kick/shoulder the door to our room each time you entered), maid visited once (we stayed 5 nights), room was very small for two people, we had to get our own towels, toilet paper from office, had to take out our own trash, no pool.
-
Old damp carpet. Holes in the sheets. Poor quality
-
Our first room was horrible, not clean and smelt moldy.
