Nice place. Staff was very helpful. The pool was beautiful and clean. The only negative thing I can say is the coffee they serve is bottom shelf, cheapest and almost not drinkable.

Very nice stay and would stay again. The staff was great and the breakfast was good too. Very close to the town and very comfortable room. The poolside view was very nice and view of the ocean was terrific.

Clean, clean, clean!! Beautiful views and super friendly helpful staff. Grounds are beautifully maintained, large lawn areas for kids to play. Convenient shuttle serve to town center and park. Can't wait to stay again.

Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived. We found lots of personal items left behind from the previous occupants. There were other issues, but prefer not to go into detail. The staff did not care about this when they were brought up and asked what they wanted me to do. It is not my job to do their job. Stay was underwhelming and definitely not worth the nightly rate we paid for the resort.

One of the nicest places I have stayed. Sitting in the hot tub looking out over the ocean is a great memory. Hotel is at the last stop on the free shuttle to downtown. The staff is excellent - capable and friendly with varied and interesting accents. Close enough to walk to Bar Harbor (1.5 miles) for exercise if you are not hiking in Acadia National Park, whose entrance is about 3 miles away.

Seems like we got an old room in a separate building than the main one. It was not upkept and any amenities were a walk across the parking lot to the main building.

Liked the room but it was a little smaller than the usual one we stay in. I thought I booked a room with a view but I messed up and didn’t.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights for our family was the pool—it was perfectly warm, and our daughters had such a great time enjoying it. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended for families!

Proximity to every thing to do It was raining and we were located in building 3. They did not offer a covered way to the main building where the restaurant and amenities are. Maybe a golf cart shuttle?

First class facility. Very pleasant and outgoing staff members. Crowded, but that’s to be expected where it is located. Looks to be a favored wedding spot as well.
