Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, LSU/Medical Corridor

The bedsheets were dirty on not 1 but 2 beds. The carpet around the ac unit in the room was sopping wet, Which accounted for the mold smell. We asked for a refund and left. Im hoping they were being truthful when they told me it was being refunded.

It was pretty good for a one night stay. The sink in our room was clogged up but I did report it to the front desk. Other than that it was pretty clean no real complaints.

It’s obvious that the hotel has had some updating but needs considerably more but the worst thing for me was the gym as this was very dirty and had equipment that had not been maintained and was rusty. I guess you get what you pay for.

Bathroom on the first floor was very dirty Breakfast was average and it's the same breakfast every morning. I had to check out a daily because kids were not happy here. Will definitely not use country inn on next future travels

Staff was great & very welcoming. A/C worked great. Breakfast was always fresh & plenty to choose from. Room was clean but carpet smelled. Would have given 5 star had it had clean carpet. Would benefit from wooden floors.

I made this reservation as a package and when my outgoing flight was delayed. I contacted the hotel to alert them, and received a message from them which I show them when I arrived and was told that my room was given away. They then told me that they would not refund me either. And that was that. Stuck looking for a toeless at the last minute

From day one, my stay here was more than enough. It was clean, quiet, relaxing. The staff was great. I enjoy my 3 days there and if im back in Louisiana ever again, id choose you for my stay.

First room smelled of smoke and mold asked staff to move us rooms staff was fast and helpful helping us switch rooms. Will not stay there again.

It was a very clean place to stay with a friendly atmosphere and staff was very welcoming and friendly would stay with them again.

Good breakfast

Plenty of parking close to the hotel, the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean - everything about the hotel was excellent. Our only issues were noise of guests stomping in their room over our heads, and a stagnant smell in the stairwell. Other than that, we had a nice stay and would definitely stay here again.
