Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, LSU/Medical Corridor

There was a sharp smell and dripping water under the sink.

Good

Could not check in when we got there, had someone else given a key to our room that walked in on us. No blow dryer, phone didn't work, remote control wasn't set up..called down at midnight to "fix my rooms account".... Never again...theres more but why bother ...

Location Age of building and cleanness

O

Very good

Location and staff was great. Main lobby was nice The property is ok...needs some cleaning and touching up in hall ways and room. My hot water did not work

Some guests that entered the premises smelled like marijuana which had the elevator and hallways with the smell. Breakfast wasn't what I expected but at least they did have a few hot options.

Superb

Pool was great just need a night stay breakfast was great plenty off eaterys around.. all was great.

Although the AC filters were clean, the musty room smell was not good and the mattress was uncomfortable. The room just felt damp but we were too tired from traveling that we just dealt with it.

Everyone was very nice. They went out their way to help me when the washing machine was broke. They did take the time to like really wash my clothes and wash my clothes for my school and I appreciate that. Fire, the Wi-Fi was not working and the washing machine didn’t work

The hotel rooms smelled like mold which affected my breathing due to asthma. And instead of the staff/company dealing with it. The doors of the entry to the hotel is wide open. I should've know it was safe when arrived and seen the doors wide open.

Na

Nothing there wow, you it gets the job done

Pleasant

Hotel is putting forth effor

Exceptional

The front desk clerk was very nice. My room was very clean. The only complaint I would have is the hallway always smell like water.

The wheel came off the luggage cart. The elevator was tiny and felt old. The lobby bathrooms had feces crusted on the toilet. The waffles tasted “off.” It was a place to sleep, but I am not eager to go back.
