Hyatt Place Baton Rouge/I-10

Clean room. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

The photos online don't reflect the current condition of the hotel. We had to change rooms twice at check in due to musty smells. The staff was helpful, but the experience didn't reflect what I would have expected from the Hyatt brand.

Poor breakfast and was not clean.

The floor in my room was filthy and required me to wear something on my feet at all times. The AC filters were clogged and appeared they had never been cleaned. Water pressure was very low.

It was a decent hotel, pool was dirty. You couldn’t see your feet in the water.

Good location, spacious rooms, quiet and lots of options for eating out nearby. The rooms, somehow lack 'personality/charm'. I was also missing a desk. It has all you need, bed, sofa, little table, kitchenette, bathroom, but it all felt very unpersonal. I guess it's fine for one night but any longer, I am not so sure.

the AC worked and there was a lot of space in living type area. bed comfortable and good location. the bathroom/shower area very very small. the breakfast was a little disappointing (bagels did not seem fresh at all). we got stuck in the elevator the first night there (staff says this happens often just without people on there). There was no soap or shampoo/conditioner in our dispensers. After a long hot day get back to our room and key will not work.

We had a roof over our head Please renovate!!!!!! The mirrors are cracked and we had no couch, just a table and 2 chairs. The table would not stop moving. It was horrible!! I am sooooo mad that I made 2 reservations and it’s non refundable. After this next stay on the 1st, NEVER EVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN!

AC didn’t blow as cold as I would have liked but they did offer to switch our room or give us two fans and I just took the two fans. Overall it was a good experience, breakfast had a lot on the menu and the girl at the desk went above and beyond.

Location to meeting destination. The room we stayed in was missing the desk, was missing half the vanity, the couch was stained badly, there was no hair dryer, there was no informational pamphlets about wifi etc, the TV was not watchable as the pixelation was awful (after getting it to show the date we were there - was stuck on Monday). I have never had to write a bad review before, this is a first. I’ve stayed at the hotel two other times and it’s simply gone down hill.

There premise looks haven’t maintained recently. The washroom have no bodywash gel. Some stains on the door and wall. and not clean. Stains on the curtains. Very old tv stuck forever when open youtube. Suggest renovation and upgrade the utilities.

The staff was friendly and there was a good ambiance in the facility. As of today, I have not received my incidental deposits for two rooms. It has been more than two months since my stay.

Location big room (except bathroom ) good parking. Breakfast was great Tiny bathroom, bed needed upgrade no soap

Room was great, lot of space. Breakfast was standard fare for a hotel. Pakistan was little spaced out

I need refund. When I checked in it was 11 PM. The bed , bathroom was not clean. bed wasn't even made. towels were every where. So the room was totally untouched. I talked to the front desk, she mentioned that there are no cleaners at this time and she didn't provide me another option. I asked for a refund she mentioned it should be requested through expedia.

Beds were nit made, bathroom was not clean, dirty towels everywhere. I checked in around 11 PM, and the room they provided me was basically not touched. I told the front desk she wrote a note and said she doesn't have cleaners. I shed for a refund, she said it was booked via expedia and I need to request it through expedia. Very terrible experience
