Quick check in, beautiful lobby and hotel, bar are was excellent. Room was comfortable. Bathroom amenities was great. Bed was slightly firm but that’s just a personal preference. Overall would stay again.

The power went out twice during my stay leaving the room hot and the unknown of when the power would return was more than frustrating

Staff was not equipped to handle such or communicate with guests. Management was unavailable and never appeared. A letter was slid under the door the next day apologizing.
