Everything about this place was amazing. I have no complaints. The check in staff were so sweet and knowledgeable of the area. Will stay here everytime we are in BR. And I feel really safe especially being by the hospital.

The breakfast was good. The coffee machine wasn't working on the first morning. There were black hairs in the bathroom and on the bed when we arrived. It also looked like the bedding hadn't been washed effectively.

I love that this hotel is smoke free and pet free. Works excellent for my Allergies. There were gnats in the room and bugs on the floor but I killed them. I figured it was because I was on the lower level. I didn't see anymore crawling bugs but the gnats were very visible.

On Booking.com it was listed as well as well as wonderful with a 9.0 Rating. The time we stayed it was a large group of kids probably a sports team that was there. They took over the lobby area and the kids were constantly running down the hallways in the hallways above our records room.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. The hotel was immaculately maintained. It really was an incredibly pleasing stay. These are champagne problems, but there was no bathtub in the room. It was just a shower. That would be fine, but women understand that no bathtub means no ledge to balance on when shaving. So the acrobatics that I had to employ were comical when performed by this 50 year old. Also, there were no ice machines. In order to get ice, I had to go downstairs to the lobby and get ice from an ice chest or ask the front desk attendant. Not a problem, really, just weird.
