The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Check in was a breeze. The room was well maintained. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast had a lot of options, property smelled amazing, the front desk clerk and I bonded over our experiences with our ill parents, I had to stay there two nights due to my mom being hospitalized at Baton Rouge General, I was able to find this property. Room was clean and had a great desk, kitchen area, rotating tv, and clean shower!

Convenient location Bathroom was dirty
-
Can’t beat it for the $$$. Has full kitchen rooms.
-
Roaches, broken shower
-
The hotel room and property was clean. The only complaints that I have are the other guests’ dog was very whiny and loud and the parking lot gets some cats and pretty big raccoons.

The stay was peaceful and comfortable

The desk attendant charged an incorrect amount to the broker credit card. This prevented me from checking in for my second room. Then she couldn’t fix it. We ultimately arrived late for graduation and checked out later that night to drive home.

Danielle was excellent. Our tv didn’t work and she changed our room with an upgrade. The floors could be cleaned a little better. Other than that the rooms were very nice and pretty well equipped. The young man who I think set up the breakfast bar kept it very neat and clean. He was very cordial to us. I would stay there again if the opportunity comes again.

It’s made like a apartment and the pool is inside

Stated here aa couple of times. Always clean.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The property was well maintained, and I appreciated the convenient parking. The only issue was that some guests staying near us were very noisy. They were running through the hallway and opening and closing doors late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, we had a good stay and enjoyed our visit.

Very clean and comfortable

The hotel checkin process was fabulous and fast. So I stayed 2 days and I was told no housekeeping on stay over. But my housekeeper was wonderful and gave me everything I needed to straighten out the room

Like home, but with buffet breakfast

Room, bkfst and location All the people who were coming for parties both days and didn't have a room. I couldn't get in the pool.

Hallways have confetti and little bits of trash everywhere and there was a leftover 6 pack of beer with a swisher next to one of the rooms we tried. Bathroom appears to be remodeled but it's probably going to cause more issues because there is a hole in the shower wall. Laminate flooring was improperly installed and planks were lifting. There was some gunk around the outlet above the stove. And the walls were nasty in the kitchen. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was horrible. Tasted like they just ran the water through a second pass of old coffee beans.
