Great rooms, quiet area in a central location.

this was a horrible stay the air was broke and it was 85 degrees in the room i booked a suite with two bedrooms a kitchen and living room and they offered to replace it with just a room with two beds which wasn’t equivalent to the price i paid so they was basically going to get free money out of me they could’ve offered me two hotel rooms to kinda match the price but they didn’t. the hotel room was hot but the hallways was cool i don’t understand how that would happen they should’ve been worried about they’re guests safety i am asthmatic so that condition of the room wasn’t safe for me at all! i had to go to the hospital after my visit

The carpet in the halls had a TERRIBLE smell. The floors & chairs were dirty & the bed smelled like urine. Housekeeper never came to clean the room & we didn’t have enough towels. The girl at the front desk was nice, that’s the only good thing I have to say. This Hotel has the potential to be a nice place, so I was very disappointed.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Check in was a breeze. The room was well maintained. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast had a lot of options, property smelled amazing, the front desk clerk and I bonded over our experiences with our ill parents, I had to stay there two nights due to my mom being hospitalized at Baton Rouge General, I was able to find this property. Room was clean and had a great desk, kitchen area, rotating tv, and clean shower!

The hotel room and property was clean. The only complaints that I have are the other guests’ dog was very whiny and loud and the parking lot gets some cats and pretty big raccoons.
