The guy that checked me in the night I arrived at the hotel was pleasant and professional. The young lady that checked me out the morning of 03/15/2026 has a very bad attitude to be working in customer service and assisting at your front desk counter. She was unable or unwilling to provide me with a receipt for my stay. She looked up the reservation and said since it was booked with Expedia get your receipt from them. I'm guessing this was the same associate I had an interaction with over the phone when calling to inquire about check-in times. I asked how long my room would be held since my travel was late and I would not be arriving by or before 3:00pm. Her response to me was harsh and very professional just to say rooms are held until 2:00 am before cancellation. The two mornings of my stay there was no breakfast available. Room service was not provided Saturday morning and when I returned to the room after my day out the room was as I left it and I had to go to front office for clean towels and bath soap. I have stayed at several hotels in the area when visiting my relatives and this was the worst of the worst as far as staff and property.

The light bulbs where out. The balcony was scary and the bulb was out. We could see anything . There wasn’t no phone to call. The room wasn’t prepared to be stayed in. I had to ask for more towels and sheets for sofa bed . No phone to call

I did not stay. They overbooked. They called to inform me and directed me to call Expedia. I found no way to call Expedia. I used the AI assistant as it seems to be the only contact available. I have heard nothing back.

Nothing Everything, the only thing that was good was the manager. She was very helpful.

I didn’t have time for breakfast but I would love to enjoy it one day. I had a pair of someone else’s drawers/underwear in my room and I was very disappointed when I seen that!

dirty & noisey. dirty towel & washcloth hanging in closet. toilet did not work properly. very noisy all night due to location & interstate traffic. would not recommend or ever stay here again. we left after the first night & did not even return to stay the second night we had paid for.

Property not well maintained. Housekeeping did the best they could but floors, carpet and tub were all badly stained.

We were traveling through and stopped to sleep n shower… slept good n bathed with face towels lol didn’t have bathing clothes

Room was clean, BUT....i reserved a Accessible room on the bottom floor and i had to stay on upper floor in a non Accessible unit, so tub was rough on me!!

Very pleasant stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Quiet and safe. Breakfast was warm and ready. TV worked. Water was hot. Chiking in and out was easy.

They need to keep up on the maintenance of the building out sliding glass door was very hard to open and there was cracks in the foundation of the patio outside of our room

The facility is well maintained, the staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was fresh hot and plentiful. their is nothing not to like!

The courtyard was beautiful. The hotel has a really cool Louisiana vibe to it. Its a very outdated hotel with a tremendous amount of wear. Our sliding door was missing a piece of the frame which left the door unable to close. Its so odd that they even allow the room to be occupied. No dresser for clothes.

The tv can’t be seen from the sofa. It needs to be moved
