The hotel staff were friendly & helpful. The gift bag of bottled water & chips we each received at check in made us feel welcomed. The our room was spacious & clean. Having the sofa in our room made it feel like a suite. The free breakfast was a plus. The hotel is in a good location. Next time we’re in Baton Rouge we will stay here again.

The staff provided satisfactory service. The cleanliness of the room and building could be improved through additional cleaning. The mini refrigerator was not functioning properly.

Unfortunately in the room we received there was little to no water pressure in the shower very difficult to get soap out of your hair. 😔fairly clean room they did not replenish the towels the first night the second night they were replenished the towels but did not make up the bed didn’t feel like a typicalMarriott experience.☹️
