    The reason we booked this hotel so our grandson could swim in the indoor pool and eat breakfast and both were broken and our room was very dirty and outdated

    Very nice facility. They need bigger pillows and coffee cups in the room. Only "ding" would be the lack of the bistro area due to employee illness and stove being broke.

    It was clean and staff was welcoming and very nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows need an upgrade.

    The room was clean and half of the staff was friendly. When we arrived they didn’t have a room available for us, so we had to wait an extra hour to check in. Once we checked in we found the AC in our room didnt work and there were no more available rooms. We were very unhappy with that.

    Asked for adjoining rooms, traveling as a family, unable to accommodate. No soap at hand sink. Great bathroom and walk in shower. Bed comfortable, a/c great. In bathroom there was a loud roaring noise. Thought it was the exhaust fan but not the one in the bathroom. Closed BR door and noise not heard in room. Woke up this morning to a roach dead on the desk. No complimentary breakfast. Quick check out.

    The hot tub was cold and the water was gray n smelled funny the ceiling was falling in in the whole pool area which was very disappointing to us. The room was nice the free coffee was taken up early both in evening an morning again disappointed. Check out was @ NOON an 10am housekeeping was banging on door!! The staff was nice an helpful. Not what we expected from a Marriott hotel.

    Staff didn’t want to give us a credit on them telling us housekeeping was shorthanded and the room won’t be ready until after 4:00pm which means we sat outside for an hour and couple minutes waiting ; nobody informed us anything !!! the least they could’ve did was give us credit , hot tub wasn’t working !!! And tv’s wasn’t working either . But they did send maintenance for that issue that was about the only thing fixed we didn’t check tvs when we first arrived. We would’ve known internet wasn’t working with the tvs showing black and white nothing playing because we checked pool after arrival and went to sleep . No tvs

    Our stay here was nice the only downside was room 224, the toilet did not flush and the patio would not lock. We were moved to 221 and the fan in the bathroom stayed on all night despite numerous efforts. We would not stay here again

    Was told the pool was open prior to checking in. Upon arrival after checking in they advise the pools are closed. Other than that the stay was perfect.

    When we arrived to the front desk there was a drip leaking from the ceiling, the reception area looked like it need to be swept/vacuumed. When we entered our room it was clean but had a very musky smell. The AC did not work great at cooling the room but we were only staying for one night. Overall we would not stay there again. On a positive note the receptionist who was working that evening did make some wonderful restaurant suggestions for us to try.

    The room smelled with a loud odor , it appears to be from old carpet, their was one night stand beside the bed, the pillows look worn, the overhead in the bathroom light was out, and the entrance door didn't close unless you pull it close. The chairs fabric,was stained and they were old style.The bathroom appears to be recently remodel and okay, their was also was a ceiling leak near front lobby with towels and bucket to catch the water. We had change room three times, all three rooms had bad smell. This motel appears to be over 20yrs or older and need to be torn down. My stay was non refundable,i tried to make the best of my stay

    The area it’s in They had mold in our ac vents, when we walked into the room it smelled like piss, the area by the pool had mold and mildew all over the ceiling, the refrigerator didn’t get cold, no microwave, even the hallway had a bad smell
