A/C wet the carpet across half of room. No microwave. Beds have sags and dips from previous guests, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

with our kid, and he couldn’t even watch tv. we went to the desk about this, and the lady said their was a connection issue and couldn’t help. we tried to use the pool, but it looked green. then it became overrun with kids. the hot tub did not work. we are so dissatisfied with this hotel. we will not come back.

What's up with hotels switching to miniature pillows? It needs to stop.

The room had a weird musky odor. The ac unit was leaking on the floor and the staff identified that was a pretty common issue they were having. I was pretty excited to get out of there after my stay

The AC took a very very long time to cool the room. We could not sleep in a hot room. We wanted to use the pull out bed but had no linens- what we thought were linens were actually just 25 pillowcases. So he was unable to sleep on the pullout and just had to make do with sleeping on top of the couch. We were unable to use the pool because it was extremely dirty. There were floating Cheerios inside the pool. I guess we missed a party that we were unaware of we like this hotel because of the location and we can’t tell that they have updated some of the features in the rooms, it was not necessarily a dirty facility just aspects of it. The staff was very friendly, but there was no one manning the coffee bar for breakfast so we did not get a coffee on the way out little things like that all in all for the price. I guess it was fine except the AC.

Wont be coming back to this location again. Pool not totally clean had a bathing suit hanging up in the shower from previous guest. one lady very rude 5 min before closing pool talking disrespectful to adults the next day the staff waas opposite so it seems like it was just that one lady that night. we went to Walmart bought new sheets also laundry is quarters only and the facility is not allowed to give quarters out at all they told us to go to Walmart - Walmart said they have change for their own people and cant give out so we went to another washing facility down the street. we had family in 10 different rooms 2 of the family member went to the hotel across the street because they had the same experience all our rooms had something wrong so i don't think it was that they missed one room in this case they just slacking on their job. the room also did not get super cold ever and you could not see out the window the gasket in the window where it holds the gas must have leaked out and the entire window was non transparent on the 3rd floor i am not sure of the other rooms

We had a 2 night stay and it was not what I read on the reviews we got changed to 3 different rooms throughout our stay got woken up to room flooded with water from the AC unit, the pool water was hot like a hot tub would be also the hot tub didn’t work they had leaks throughout the hotel also have a mildew smell in the rooms because of leaks and what not the beds was not comfortable mattress are worn down, but other than that the front staff was great and helpful as much as possible

Always a great place to stay

The bistro attendant acted like it was a huge imposition to serve me an extremely stale bagel. There was a lawn crew outside my window at 6:45 in the morning before my alarm went off. The only redeeming thing was that the two front desk ladies were nice. Will never stay here again.

I like that the property and my room was clean. Other than that, I was very disappointed in my stay. There was no hen soap to be found anywhere, we were told that they would have to get it from the Residence Inn across the street and the mattresses were terrible. They were lopsided. You can tell where a person had been sleeping. One side was up and 1 side was down, and I've stayed at Marriott lots of time, and I have never, ever experienced this before. My suggestion is that you guys get some new mattresses and make sure that your guests have plenty of soap.

Elevators were not clean. Our room had a wet smell. It was not a great stay.

The pool and the jacuzzi area was tremendously filthy. The sink in the bathroom was draining very slowly. I booked this property to enjoy the indoor pool and jacuzzi and it was so nasty I wouldn’t dare step foot inside. As we were leaving to check out the fire alarm mysteriously went off…My sister and I were highly disappointed with our stay.

The TV did not work, and there was no coffee until 7 am.

The room was nice and the hotel was nice as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish they would have had a complimentary breakfast.

Air conditioning not strong enough in room. Uncomfortable beds. Lobby ceiling leaking.

it was good overall for the price

The reason we booked this hotel so our grandson could swim in the indoor pool and eat breakfast and both were broken and our room was very dirty and outdated

Kudos to the staff. They was friendly & accommodated to the best they could. Upkeep of rooms leave a whole lot to be desired.

Very nice facility. They need bigger pillows and coffee cups in the room. Only "ding" would be the lack of the bistro area due to employee illness and stove being broke.

The room was clean and half of the staff was friendly. When we arrived they didn’t have a room available for us, so we had to wait an extra hour to check in. Once we checked in we found the AC in our room didnt work and there were no more available rooms. We were very unhappy with that.
