Trident Inn & Suites, Baton Rouge

My only issue was a smell in the lobby and the hallways. Other than that it was great, clean and the pool was functional.

Definitely wont be staying here again. My first time using this place was my worst experience with a hotel. Needs to be updated and rooms could be way better.

Everything was wonderful I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff is very pleasant and respectful.

There was a little noise due to some remodeling

The room was very small. Needed more pillows on the bed.other than that is was ok.

The room I stayed in had just been clean. I got into the room and settled down. My girlfriend wanted me to go get some ice so I grab the ice bucket and I looked in it and it had two caps to insulin needles inside of it. And I asked to talk to a manager and they never came the lady at the desk kept calling someone I guess they don’t want to talk to me or like that was normal for them or something. It was bad business. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nothing, terrible hotel Everything, rundown floors about to cave in microwave broken with a huge dent in the top drawers literally fell apart when I tried to open bathtub filthy and stained, towels dirty and stained dirty bed covers, busted my leg open on something that sticks out of the bed frame

Nothing Smell, Dirty Rooms,Loud Guests, Mold …. I can go on and on all around no for me !! Never Again!!

Conveniently located near the interstate and ample parking was the only highlight of this property. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed some dead bugs near the doorway. I proceeded to check the areas around the beds and the bathroom. There were more dead bugs near the table as well as on the side of one of the beds. I also noticed that there wasn’t any toilet paper in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to see if I would be able to change my room because it was dirty and also because the room was located right at the front of the hallway on the first floor. They weren’t able to change my room because, according to the woman working the desk, that was the only room available with 2 beds. I expressed the uncleanliness of the room and requested someone to come and service it. After waiting well over 30 minutes, someone finally came to clean the room.

Staff was nice Police, fighting, drug deals in parking lot!!!! Roaches in rooms !

Everything Nothing

First room that I was put in had huge flies just swarming me, also the TV had a short in it because every time I tried to turn the tv it cut off and I had to ask for another room and was given a much cleaner room. The laundry room wasn't working.

Very Quiet and nothing else to be said about anything else because there is nothing else. The mold in and on the shower and shower curtain. Paying a deposit for 2 adults to get some rest. This is more of a motel in the country. Extension cords running on the floor, wall plate covers were missing mold smell in the hallway and lobby area and trying to mask it with carpet fresh. I feel like they should have paid me a deposit to stay. If I had an enemy I would not even recommend this place to him/her.

I paid for my room late at night and got to the property just to not be able to stay there.they said something happened years ago and I couldn’t rent a room. The events that took place wasn’t even me or my room!!
