Clean room ac work everything was good

I guess that you get what you pay for! No phone, no TV channels, no coffee, no breakfast, etc. The was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Roaches, Dirty tubs, dirty pool, nobody is ever at the help desk. Refrigerator didn't work. The jets on the hot tub didn't work. When you pressed the button the lights in the room blinked.

Even though this hotel is not the most aesthetically pleasing or the newest building the people who work there are exceptional

The only reason I stayed was because I booked online and it was non refundable on top of that I had to pay a $100 deposit. No big deal on the deposit but once I paid the deposit I asked for proof that I paid the deposit and she would not give me any proof that a deposit was paid in person!!! The bathroom had mold all around the bath tub. No we did not take a shower while there. The sheets were stained with blood. There was trash under the bed skirts on the beds. The TV would come on but you could not change the channel. You could see out in the hallway through the gaps in the door.

I’m not usually one to write a bad review, but this was a work trip and we chose the hotel based off of the website’s pictures. When we arrived to our room it looked clean at first, but as we were getting unpacked it was discovered that things were not clean and felt/looked gross. There was rat feces and a condom wrapper behind the dresser, dirt and what appeared to be dead small bugs under the covers, and it sounded like rats scratching in the walls at a few points of the night. We were booked to stay 2 nights, but we checked out early the next morning after booking a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. The staff were very kind, it was the rooms shape that was unpleasant.

Just wish pool didn’t close at 7pm would have been nice to get in after sun went down

The front desk people did not look up or even talk to us when we were checking in. We had 3 rooms. One room had rat poo and pee and things smear all over the walls and gum stuck to places. Another one had a cigar packet and was just as nasty. The other didn’t even have a shower head. There was a whole wig in the towel cabinet at the pool. The whole place was just nasty.
