Visited here with family. Carpet and floor is so dirty and grimy, I can bet it's not been cleaned in over a year. Lights broken. Main door was loose. The final blow was that the shower drain wasn't working and the water backed up until the tub line. Absolutely disgusting. That led to a room change -- exact same set of problems. Staff really don't care. Cherry on top: went to breakfast with kid @ 9:00 am -- CLOSED. Supposed to be open until 10 as it was a weekend. Try explaining a hungry toddler to wait another 30 mins for food. Staff really didn't care. Felt like Expedia ratings and score was marketed. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Especially for families with kids. DON'T

Many items on the property and in the room were in need of repair. The pool and hot tub were out of service. The trash in our kitchen had not been emptied. The shower had pieces of hair along the walls. The bathroom door was split at the bottom and was unable to close, however, staff was very friendly and helpful.

First room had a faulty fire alarm that beeped but when reported was told that I would have to wait until they had someone in the morning available to fix it. Was able to get the nice front desk lady to offer a new room after the grumpy manager was not very helpful over the phone. Second room had cracks in the sheetrock / mold in the shower, ruined carpet with a huge chunk ripped out near the entrance, and the power outlet at the sink was cracked and inoperable. The hallways have an amazingly bad smell of musty mildew and marijuana. I love staying at Residence Inns and choose them anytime one is available where I stay, but this one should be condemned. Lastly, outside the entrance to the hotel, is a water leak that has been going on so long its growing moss and slime in the slow stream of water that spreads out across several feet of the walkway and out into the parking lot. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Proximity to funeral home. The room door was difficult to open and close.

The staff is great -- always friendly and helpful.
-
Bathroom not clean had hair in the floor when arrived, carpets were sticky to walk on.
-
The room was awesome, had a kitchen, pull out couch, business desk a whole lot more than was expected for the price.
-
Inexperienced staff took 40 minutes to check me in and charged a really high security deposit of $560 for two nights which made me real nervous. Dirty wash cloth left in shower from previous guest. Pool was broken and so was the waffle maker.

There is no like nor dislike

The staff was friendly. No problems checking in. The rooms were not clean. The toilets have problems which I've seen. Many people mentioned it in the reviews also, the pool wasn't working, which also was in the reviews. The place looks like it needs to be remodeled

The staff were very nice however the property was awful. Our room was over 80 degrees. Maintenance was unable to fix it so the staff was able to move us to a different room however the hallway on the third floor remained over 80 degrees for both days. The hotel room only had one towel and again staff were able to provide more but that shouldn’t be something to ask for. There was no soap in the shower or bathroom. The carpet was sticky in the room though the sheets were clean. In our second room where the ac did work, it was so loud it shocked us awake multiple times at night. The pool was closed completely. The property didn’t have breakfast available due to other issues. Overall the property is in desperate need of a complete overhaul. Whoever classified this as a 3 star hotel needs to come and re evaluate.

This was the one of the most dated and dirty Residence Inn by Marriott hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’m surprised this hotel is still part of the Marriott brand.
-
The rooms where not well kept and cleaning staff was none
-
Hotel was being renovated and run by "skeletal" staff. It shouldn't have been open at all. Breakfast terrible and minimal. No pool Staff confused and misinformed It was our daughter's graduation, so we were grateful just to have something

Worst Marriot ever stayed in, I moved to a hotel that was less than half the cost, that was literally the TajMahall compared to Marriot.
-
Not clean, access to hotel through unlocked doors anyone could just walk in, no security cameras, every excuse I got was we’re under new management. I’ve never had a problem staying at a residence inn before but I don’t think I’ll stay there again.
-
This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Smelled bad when you walked in. I can handle that, room was clearly not cleaned properly, blood on the sheets, ripped carpets, ripped chairs, cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, had to move rooms 3 times until I found one that didn’t have bugs. Last one smelled so bad it made your eyes water, 0/10 avoid at all costs. Sinks didn’t drain, towels all stained, toilet paper had bugs or stains on them. One of the rooms literally had the last guests stuff on the ground (pictured)

The hotel is very dated and not as clean as we expected. Staff was nice and helpful. It was not their fault that the pool was closed or there was no breakfast. You can tell it was once a nice place to stay but it needs some serious work. We were glad our stay was very brief. Hopefully management will do something (a lot of things actually) to bring it back up to snuff.

Pool and hot tub were out of order. Was told we could use the sister hotel’s hot tub and pool. Hot tub was half full and was advised it didn’t warm up. It is outdated and dirty looking. Door to the room, you had to hold down the handle to shut. All around a fail.

While the room was clean in the areas that really mattered--bed, bathroom, kitchen counters--the carpet and upholstery was stained and made the space feel not-so-fresh.
