Very gross room, not clean, buggers on the wall, stains on the wall, hair all in the tub and bathroom, stains on the carpet.

AC doesnt work properly in any of the rooms i was in Mold in shower Had to swap rooms twice cause they were so bad

Clean room

Our room was disgustingly dirty with holes in the walls. The staff when I called barely spoke when asking questions. Out sheets had what looked to be like blood.

Rokm was extremely dirty and AC did not work.

when asked but it was directly next to my initial, roach filled room. They said they’d refund me by 10 AM the next day when I refused to stay and they didn’t.

I did not stay here...room not cleaned...hotel dirty and smelly. I canceled and went to another motel. Return my payment.

First room that was given to me the tub was filthy, the bed had hair in it when I pulled the covers back, the room smelled musty and smoke detector was covered with a bag. The Second room was a little better. The bathroom was cleaner the smoke detector wasn't covered the room smelled much better, but the walls and door could have used a few coats of paint and updated furniture. Let's just say I won't be going back. I will spend more money next time.

It’s not clean and it’s a lot of sketchy characters property is a little run down but for the price if you since care book with them

The out side of the property looked good and the lobby was nice but after you stand there and pay and start walking to your room the floors are dirty and really stained room 213 the a/c only worked when it wanted to the TV didn't work at all the ceiling was stained 2 lamps were broken and I don't mean not working broken the bathroom ceiling was stained peeling and falling down with mold the floors were stained and there were roaches in the bathroom we went to complain and all the guy said about 20 times is I don't know no matter what questions were asked the answer was I don't know like he didn't understand English we ended up leaving at 3:00 in the morning just to get out so 75 bucks for half a stay it was one of the worst I've ever stayed in

This location was the worst I've ever been in. I wasn't even comfortable sitting down or sitting any of my belongings down. From holes in the wall, dirty linens and furniture to a brown bathtub with a dripping living on a prayer shower head. This location also had a stench that screamed of mold and filth. Thank you to the representative on hotels.com for helping us get a full refund.

For a smoke-free property, the smell of cigar smoke permeated teh property - from the time you walk in the front door til you exit the elevator on your floor. The refrigerator in our room contained food from a previous guest - which tells me they do not check, clean, or disinfect the refrigerators. The shower was broken - as in, there was no water coming out to the bathtub. The air conditioner ran LOUDLY and continually and never did completely cool the room. I realize high humidity in Baton Rouge makes it difficult, but they have not even connected the wall thermostat to the unit. It still had the old fashioned push button controls on the unit. The front desk staff that checked us in was completely inattentive and stayed on a phone call the entire time we were checking in. Never greeted us, made eye contact, or smiled. Each time we left or arrived through the lobby, the desk clerk was careful to not speak or acknowledge. We skipped the breakfast knowing how poorly maintained the rest of the facility was. I think Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this property.

I should get a FULL refund

Took my family there for a few days with the in laws for a graduation. Photos online are deceiving. In laws walked into their room, beds unmade and slept in, trash can full with tampons and trash everywhere. Our room’s table was unstable, push it to one side or something heavy on top would’ve made it fall. Pool was closed and dirty. Our carpet floors looked disgusting, need to just get rid of it because there’s stains and discoloration everywhere in the carpet. Cheap mirror with clips holding the mirror on our bathroom door. Hole in the bathroom door. There was an iron handle above the toilet, I tried to place my towel on it and it came out completely, screw and all, barely touched it. Walked in hotel and room, both smelled like weed. This place is perfect if you’re working out of town and done care where you lay your head. Wife booked this because the pictures online made it look pristine but that’s far from the truth. One trash can in room, shower curtain disgusting. My in laws had their refrigerator and microwave stacked on top each other, ON A SUITCASE RACK in the corner of the room. Staff was friendly and understanding, but hotel needs a redo.

Doors locks on room had gaps you could almost look thru too tired to leave and go somewhere else breakfast in morning juice machine broken the waffle mix was sour had to go to eat elsewhere one set of towels in room booked for two adults took along time to get a set odor in hallway was nauseating bed completely uncomfortable stains on comforter on the bed I did not notice because the lighting in room was bad had my bag on it. I’ve stayed at la Quinta’s inn before and Wyndham never this bad. If I was either of these I would pull my name from this place hotels . Com should be ashamed for renting at this place
