Ill rent the room again..I was there for almost 4 days..decent could use a lil more cleaning but other than that I was good with the stay really sweet people everything was convenient no noise just the way I like 😍ill be back soon

Clean Clean

Near the airport and very clean. Everything. People were nice. The hotel was clean.

Convenience next to airport is great. Staff is exceptional. Thanks for being there for us.

everything was clean and comfortable. the only I had a problem wit was the manager told us we could book another room and if we wanted to we would have to get a seperate room cuz it was 2 adults and 4kids under the age 6

First room had stains on sheets and trash on floor. I switched rooms. Second room had cigarette stains on comforter and hair on pillow. I checked out after first night of a five night reservation.

Stayed in room 218 checked in at 6:30 room was hot ran the Ac from the check in time to about 8 went made a complaint. Manager came an said the ac was running fine mind you it’s going on 9. Manager refuse to switch rooms said give it a minute. Room never cools off I woke up at 6 am hot and checked out. The worst $93 spent for my comfort plus they have a $100 deposit. Manager was so un professional but I will definitely not be returning to this location…Oh and the vending machines are a hit and miss…. And this supposed to be a good hotel.,,, BS maybe the chain but not this location….. no cups in the room smh

Fine stay if you have a delayed or canceled flight. Rooms were mostly clean but had a weird smell. Walls are pretty thin if you have noisy neighbors

Asked for a deposit I never do deposits at hotels been a week and still have not seen my deposit really crappy place wouldn’t stay again

No coffee maker in the room or lamps beside the bed. Also, I did not have conditioner for my hair.

Room was comfortable and staff was nice The bathroom in particular the shower was dirty. Shower curtain stained and molded, soap dishes full of soap scum, and the tub was gritty. The sink also was not very clean

I googled my review, and and now here on Cheap Tickets to say, I was disappointed in the only thing they provide in the morning is coffee - yuk! non-working irons. My son’s bathroom (toilet) in another room clogged. Louisiana weather was very warm (80’s) and the a/c units was creating a lot of dust thru the unit. Sneezed a lot!! As you enter the hotel, whatever cleaner they use smells like heavy cologne!! All through out, elevators, and hallways.

Parking was good, room was clean, shower had great pressure and hot water. Staff was pleasant.

The facility was close to the event we were attending. The staff were very polite. The double beds were very small about the size of a twin bed. I liked the kitchenette but the room as a whole needed sweeping and mopping. The furniture and bathroom counter were dusty, etc. I didn’t bother to report to front desk so I wipe down everything myself with disinfectant spray. Staff and a close place to the event.

We had 3 rooms and all were clean. They dont serve breakfast which was a lil bummer. Also there were no outles near the bed. The staff was super nice and accommodating!

Everyone was nice. Someone was always at the front desk to assist. It smelled nice Nothing was really clean. The sheets were stained. Towels had hair on them. The complementary items (shampoo & conditioner) looked as though they were used from previous visitors. The tub wasn’t totally clean either. And one of the housekeepers where cleaning a room as we walked pass she swept all the dirt into the hall. We left out of the room about 30 min to an hour later the dirt and trash was still there but the house keeper had went into another room. The house keeper also walked into our room a few minutes after we got there in accident lol which didn’t really bother us. Honestly the only reason we stayed is because we came from out of town and had been through a lot these last few days and needed to stay for my infants surgery at that point we felt defeated . So honestly we grabbed a few blankets out of the car and just threw them over the bed to sleep and left as early as possible
