The staff showed me 2 dirty rooms upon arrival and didn’t have anywhere else to put me I had to sleep in my truck over night

Todo estaba horrible y en una area muy mala la piscina daba asco tenia basura flotando y Toda negra el agua los arededores con mucha basura las toallas estaban Rotas y sucias en vez de color blanca estaban Toda a percudidad nunca hubo desayuno y el olor muy desagradable en fin todo horrible en espera de mi refund

The staff was very helpful here and the rooms were nicer than expected

This place is deplorable & I have pictures for proof. The room was dirty & smelled like cigarettes. Boot prints were in the bathroom. Trash was in the waste bin the bathroom. The microwave was DIRTY. The floor hadn’t been swept. The A/C unit wasn’t on. NO TOWELS. The staff wasn’t engaging so I knew at check-in they didn’t care. He handled the room card and said the room number and that was it. Ample parking because occupancy was low. I didn’t get in the bed since I didn’t trust it. Thank GOD I reserved for 1 night. This property should receive violations. Good thing I was barely there. I thought this place would been would been decent woth it being near the airport. Never again. Don’t stay here.

Yes it was roaches in my room and alot of shady activity throughout the night

Hotel look like the one out of the scary movies . the air filter was so nasty I ask the person at the desk for a new one he said they didn't have any and to take the one out the air condition in the lobby. the elevator worn down feel like its going to stop on you at any minute. the floors was so dirty like they haven't been mopped in a while. and I had to get more sheets and pillow cases, and also had to clean the tub and wipe down everything. just looked deserted.

Worst place I have ever seen!! Booking.com needs to REMOVE this place as an option for their customers. I think there were drugs and prostitution at this location.

You get what you pay for. This place smells like weed and cigarettes. It’s dirty. Sheets are dirty. The posted pictures are deceiving would not recommend to anyone.

We did not try the breakfast because my husband and I left the hotel within a few minutes after arriving. We had prepaid for the full stay, but the condition of the room was unacceptable. The room was very dirty, including the shower and the surfaces in the room. The towels and sheets had black stains and looked old and unclean. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. Because of these conditions, we left immediately and booked another hotel. We paid for three nights, but our money has still not been refunded. In my opinion, Booking.com should not work with properties in this condition or offer such rooms to guests. NOTHING

DO NOT book a room at this hotel. The pictures on Expedia are so deceiving. The pool was dark green with trash all over it.

This establishment is filthy. I couldn’t even stay. I requested a refund and still awaiting for it. The sheets were dirty, there were used towels in the bathroom, opened soap packages, trash, and also the appliances were filthy. When speaking with the desk person about concerns she gave towels from her home. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND

The pool was disgusting. The rooms floor had a black film on it. I have no idea what it was but it got on everything. The shower floor had the same stuff in it. There was a homeless guy wondering in the parking lot and end up passing out and sleeping in the parking lot. Only plus site was it was 5min from the airport.

The only thing likable about this property is the location next to the airport. It’s so filthy!!! The floors will turn your socks black. The towels are stained and nasty. The pool will turn your stomach. The only thing they had for breakfast was Coffee, Fruit Loops and Frosted Flakes. The audacity to check people in these dirty rooms is just disrespectful. The staff are nice. They gave me another room but it was just as dirty as the first room minus the hole in the bathroom wall. I sat in the lobby and watched them “mop” the floor with a spray bottle and a towel attached to long handle. No bucket, no water! Just smearing dirt all over the place with a pleasant smell (likely with the same towels they use to give to the guests). The nerve to advertise breakfast included lol!!!! I wish this platform allowed more pics. Trust me, I’m being very nice with this review. Management should give the staff the things needed to make this place better. Also, add fresh fruit to breakfast, fix the juice machine, and the yogurt machine. Remove the container for bread and the food warmer if you’re going to keep them empty. Don’t have breakfast props on the counter to aggravate guests.
