Hilton Garden Inn Baton Rouge Airport

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was older but clean and the water was hot.

The bedding had nasty stains & makeup stains, possible ear wax on pillow (brown spot), & the room just wasn’t clean. The front desk staff (black guy & light skinned girl) were very helpful to me, apologized, and moved me to another room with no hassle. The guy even provided me with an extra blanket. Maybe the cleaners could do better or at least try to take their job more serious.

i appreciate the staff first and foremost. i had an issue with my shower leaking onto the bathroom floor in my room and they moved me to an upgraded room which was a suite which was even better because i came with a pet. everything was cleaned and to my liking.

The room door is broken as if someone broke in the motel no towels in the rooms looks nothing like what advertised the rooms that we booked were given to someone else when we arrived was supposed to get some of the money back and never did tv is hanging off the wall beds were horrible ill never rent from here ever again

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was very spacious, but the lighting made it feel a bit dark, and the room could have been cleaner. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of options. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again.

Clean room, shuttle service was great

The manager was really sweet however, the hotel room had a very old mildew smell. I also had to wait hours for fresh towels to be washed because they ran out of clean towels. Wasn’t the best experience.

Never go there

The bed was very comfortable. Ask for a room away from the elevator. The floor chime in the elevator was very loud and guests talkative.

My room smelled like cigarettes.

The cleaning of the room was horrible there was hair on the nightstand the bathroom sink area the coffee area

This is an older hotel. The lobby’s a/c wasn’t working well and it was warm. My room was clean but had a damp smell.

Our shower leaked onto the floor and spread out into the room. We had room 407. The ceiling in the bathroom was coming apart. The blanket on one bed had stains on it. The lobby AC barely worked, especially in the afternoon. You had to slam our door to close it. The fridge in our room was dirty and mold was growing inside.

Location Has a smell, moisture from the air,the lighting is horrible, people hanging by the pool smoking weed that wasn’t staying here

The check in was easy, the room was very neat and clean.

Very nice Hotel friendly staff 4min from airport lots of free parking good breakfast conferrable room, but smoke alarm going off at times and water on floor by A/C.

Loved it would stay again
