Same as previous review. Convenient, clean, affordable. I stay here regularly.

I stay here pretty regularly. Initially when I walk in the room, it smells a bit old but it dissipates quickly. If Im being picky, Id prefer better pillows, but overall its a great stay. Close to a number of things. Right across from the airport.

The only issue we had was that the floor on the side closest to the a/c unit was wet. I’m assuming it was leaking.Other than that it was nice and breakfast was just ok. Would still stay again.

My room was not clean upon checking in. You have to sit dirty towels outside your room door in order for housekeeping to offer to clean your room. I had to specifically ask for the bathroom to be cleaned as I was told by housekeeping that wasn’t typically an area they cleaned each time the room was cleaned. There were multiple days where my children and I couldn’t eat breakfast because we are vegetarians and all they were serving was meat and bread. They require a $140 accidental fee upon check in. Although you get this fee back, it took 3 weeks after I checked out for the money to be returned to my account. The furniture is outdated and the remote did not work for the tv in the room. The staff are nice and very helpful and they accommodated my late check out request.

The rooms were not kept clean nor was the facility. They had a horrible smell. The bed was not comfortable nor were the pillows.

This hotel is most definitely a hidden gem! I never would’ve expected a hotel in this area to feel so safe! The front desk agents were super nice and helpful! Our room was clean and huge! We overslept and missed breakfast, but that was on us. Overall it was a great stay!

The night staff was wonderful. However the day staff and morning staff were horrible. We couldn't get our room cleaned while we were out nor fresh towels and I directly asked the desk each day. Then when we went to check out it was explained that we couldn't get a refund because we prepaid nor could we get some sort of room comp or extra points via my Marriot app. The receptionist didnt even ask if I was a member. The property was dirty and our room had popcorn kernels in the pull out bed for my daughter which was not made and we had to get an extra blanket for from the night staff. Like I said the young man who worked nights was wonderful and highly accommodating, everyone else not so much.

We had a great experience the water in the shower was the best

It was pretty good overall only few flaws, specifically the breakfast.

I usually stay at this location while in town, but was quite disappointed in breakfast this time. There were turkey options a few days, or when asked, which was frustrating for guests who don't eat pork. We stayed for 6 nights and had to ask for extra towels each day, although 5 people were reported in the room. Some of the guest services representatives appeared to be bothered when asked

The staff was good, the breakfast was all right, but the room was terrible, the AC smell nasty, roaches everywhere even if the room apparently was clean the cockroaches came out from the couch
-
Really nice rooms- clean and well appointed.
-
Outdated and lack of cleanliness.
-
It’s nice and well clean to be next to the airport
-
Shuttle to and from the airport was a plus!

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room as well as how spacious it was, the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. They helped us by allowing an early check in when my flight landed a few hours early. Overall the experience was great and I would book again.
