Staff unorganized. I booked and prepaid days ahead they saint no rooms were clean had to wait hours

A wonderful week long stay for my daughter waiting on her college apartment to be ready. It was perfect

Amazing staff! Nice and welcoming.. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Came to Baton Rouge and stayed here after a comedy show and was not pleased while checking in. we were greeted by the clerk, and immediately the clerk was bombarded by another staff member talking about cleaning rooms and being done and ready to go home. This conversation continued throughout the course of our check-in and another staff member entered, saying that they would clean one more room, and that was it. To me, the conversation was very unprofessional and distasteful to have in front of hotel guests. It held up our check-in quite a bit. So much so, the hotel clerk could not properly check us in and did not know she had not taken my card until we were almost on the elevator. Upon entering the room, we came to realize that there were no hand towels or washcloths. The trash bags were not in the trashcan. There were no amenities like soap, shampoo, or conditioner that typical hotels have. The shower had hair in it. It seems the bathroom was halfway cleaned. The hotel itself seems new. I believe this may be the main reason why it appeared clean. This could have been a better stay considering the condition of the hotel. I believe the staff needs to be addressed about professionalism.

I loved everything, my friend and I enjoyed our stay...very clean and organized, the gym very cleaned and organized as well. The vending machines always stocked, last but not least the staff from the GM on down to the housekeepers they all did an amazing job working very well as a team The only thing I didn't like was the washing machines. The app I had to download and setup my information in order to activate the machine wouldn't accept my card info and I've had an account with Regions over a decade.......that's the only thing I didn't like about the hotel..... everything else was amazing

Was in a great location Dirty, roaches and beds were not made when they gave us our rooms

I haven't experienced anything bad so far so good Looking forward to future bookings with this particular location

Newly built so it was clean and comfortable. Away from downtown hustle and bustle. Nothing really…

Very nice laundry facility, good fridge in room Very loud, could hear neighbors on all sides. Could hear neighbors tvs, walking, and more. Staff was not very helpful and was not in a very nice area. Overall not a great experience.

It was very, very clean and included a kitchen and seating area. I can’t think of anything we did not like.

It was very clean and staff was very nice. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom.
