Great breakfast that stayed open till 10:00 am!! Lots of parking in a wonderful safe area. Rooms all had microwaves which I thought was so wonderful! And check out was noon, and also they gave you bottled water whenever u need it….. it bothers me when I have to purchase bottled water after paying for my hotel room!! These may be small extras but they all add up to a hotel that really cares about its clients!! When ever I can I try and stay with a big hotel chain and I find best western to have the best bang for your buck ❤️ staff was on top of everything from smiles to making sure the grounds were very clean🥰 one more thing I was able to do laundry half way thru my 12 day road trip…….HUGE BONUS !!!

Very comfortable clean and well appointed room. The property was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was good with great selection. I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. Everything we needed for our stay. My own fault, I didn't get to use the great outdoor pool.

We always stay at this property. My wife has a disability and so we always book the accessible room with the roll in shower. We consistently have a good stay here. Unlike a lot of other places along the I-5, you don’t have homeless problems here which is something you really need to be careful of. We’ve stayed at some other places in Bellingham in proximity to the I-5and they are horrible. Crackheads everywhere. Not the case here. The hotel itself is clean, the property is clean, attentive front desk staff, a decent breakfast, coffee and tea 24 hours a day, with lots of amenities within a mile radius. As I said, we enjoy staying here as it is consistently a good experience. If I had one negative thing to say, it would be about one person that works the front desk. This person is simply not friendly. They are not rude, or outwardly unfriendly in anyway, but for somebody that works in the hospitality industry they are probably one of the most inhospitable people I have ever dealt with at a hotel. It's too bad I have to check in with them. Just such a difference in the attitude of this person versus literally everyone else here. Not sure why they work in a hotel if they're just not wanting to muster a smile when someone is arriving and wanting to check in.

I'm always happy with a stay at this Bellingham Best Western. It's really a step up from any other best Western I've stayed at, even though it's not in the best area of town.

Had a great time. Rooms were well kept and refreshing. The layout felt up-to-date and not grungy in any way. All the staff we interacted with were so friendly and helpful. Even informing us of interesting places to check out on our trip. Both me and my friends had an overall great experience at the Best Western Plus.

Close to the airport Not up to usual BW standards. The coffee was awful. The staff didn’t tend to business. We called an hour before we needed a shuttle from the airport. They wouldn’t commit. In fact no one was available when we arrived. The front desk guy offered to pay for a taxi but it couldn’t be there for 30 minutes. We found an Uber and BW did reimburse us for that. But no apology. We came back to our room one afternoon to find neither of our key cards worked. We traipsed back to the desk where new cards were made. No apology or explanation. The toilet was way too short. Not even knee high. The drawer in the nightstand was so difficult to open it took two hands. It couldn’t be done without getting out of bed. I reported as we checked out. No apology. I miss the small bottles of shower gel, etc.

Good Wi-Fi clean rooms Everything functional helpful staff just basically hit all the marks. Would 100% stay again!

This property canceled my reservation without notice and left me 7hours from home with no options but sleeping in My car with my children. They tried to lie and say Expedia canceled but later fessed up that the manager just severely overbooked the property. Others walked in while I was trying to figure out my booking and were given notice of cancellation upon arrival as well. Unbelievable!! I wouldn’t put faith in this team, at all!!

We loved the breakfast, and the peace and quiet. We loved sleeping in and no interruptions. It made for a beautiful holiday. Many thanks to all from Best Western Plus! You truly are the best! There was nothing that we didn't like!

Clean room. Kind and helpful staff. The bed was too soft for me, but the hotel was convenient to the I-5 and quiet.

Shuttle to airport Breakfast with room price Hotel has no dinner restaurant and there are no restaurants for miles for dinner so hopeless if you don’t have a car
