TownePlace Suites by Marriott Bellingham

Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean and adequate. This is an odd layout adjoining two hotels. To get to/from the lobby, you have to walk through doors one hotel from the other (between the pool and gym). The hot tub was severely over-chlorinated and you are not allowed to open the nearby door to the outside to get some air, which means we could only stay in a minute before the vapor made our eyes sting. The room was clean but to call it a suite would be an exaggeration...with the pullout couch out, there is almost no floor space for our family of 3.

Overall the hotel was great. Breakfast was just okay. Pool area is too hot to be in, feels like a sauna.

Room was very spacious, clean and contained lots of storage. Breakfast items were great. Best of all, we loved the free laundry. Room was close to elevator to garage which made it very convenient and safe. None.

The staff at this hotel were nice. We liked the choices of breakfast items and we enjoyed having a bar in the hotel, where we could unwind with a drink. But, they just started charging $10 a day to park your car on the property. This was not stated anywhere in the information about the hotel or on their website. There are so many other hotels to choose from in the Bellingham area and none of them charge for parking. We will definitely be staying at a different hotel when we return to Bellingham. Also, our non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

We always stay at this hotel when we're visiting family because it's always a comfortable one. The rooms were clean and spacious. We love the full fridge and kitchen. The staff is always welcoming. Pools and hot tub are older but clean. Breakfast is included and never misses. Love it!

Nice hotel in a good location

The breakfast was excellent! The underground parking garage was also very nice. Everything was clean and up to date. Would recommend for a day or even longer! Elevator out of service from parking garage but another one was available so no issues

The staff were very nice. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend it and definitely would come back.

The hotel was very clean, neat and well organized. The breakfast choices changed regularly and the small souflfle's were delicious. There was diligent staff cleaning and resupply breakfast items. The front desk staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Breakfast needs to be earlier. The hallways were dirty, and the hot tub had too much chlorine it burned our eyes.
