Staff was friendly, helpful, attentive and personally charming. The hotel was up to date and clean. The other guests were all respectful and friendly. It was a great vibe. My wife wasn't a fan of some of the breakfast offerings. This, I think, is more of a personal preference. I and my kids loved the buffet breakfasts.

Limited parking spaces. Both nights during our stay there was thumping noises from the room above us.

Front desk provided good and fast service during check in process. I appreciated staff asking if the sofa bed was to be used. I usually find that sofa beds are neglected I and not the best condition. This was satisfactory. I liked that breakfast lasts until 10, pool closes at 11, and lately checkout at noon. Our family had plenty of time to enjoy the amenities even though we checked in quite late. There's always room for improvement to keep rooms as clean as possible and update the furnishings.

Everything was excellent during our stay — the staff, the room, and the overall experience were wonderful. The only issue was the swimming pool. I didn’t swim myself, but I took my kids there, and I couldn’t stay for more than 20 minutes because the strong smell of chlorine/bleach was burning my eyes. It seemed like the chemicals used to keep the water clean were very strong. Other than that, everything else was great.

Front desk young woman wasn’t very engaging. Spoke to supervisor on check out. Have stayed here many times. Best part this trip was the food, amazing!!! Bravo to kitchen staff. Always safe area. Clean room.

Room cleanliness. Quiet stay. Ease of access from freeway. Pool and hot tub. I like firm beds. Woke up with back pain from soft mattress.

Staff was incredibly friendly! We loved our stay! The only things I would note was that our room was not very clean and the pool/hot tub definitely need to be professionally cleaned. Other than that, we are for sure coming back!
