Hampton Inn Bellingham Airport

The staff was exceptionally helpful in many instances. They got us connected to WiFi when we couldn't do it ourselves. They also gave us some amenities when we asked for them. We stayed two nights and had a room for disabled persons. I appreciated the bars in the bathroom, but when I showered, I got water all over the floor and used some of the washcloths to dry it, as well as the hairdryer to dry my slippers! The second time I showered, I put the used towels on the floor and did a much better job of keeping the floor dry. Our refrigerator's little freezer door wouldn't close but the staff let us put our freezer packs into their freezer so we could remove them frozen when we left. That was super helpful. The hot breakfast was great! We found that we didn't need lunch. We appreciated having a microwave in the room too. The only problems we had were because of us, not the hotel. We have never had a TV and they have changed so much in 46 years that we didn't know how to make it work. We could turn it on and that was about it. When we left, my husband looked under the bed, to make sure nothing of ours fell down and got pushed under, and he found an empty plastic cup that previous housekeeping didn't "get" when they cleaned. He just threw it in the garbage bin. We were also glad to have parking in the back, quite near the outside door that was very close to our room. The only advice I might add is that liquid shower soap would be nicer than bars.

The breakfast was awesome and well maintained.

The shower knob was not working properly, there was a hair under the shower curtain, and the hottub was out of order. The price was double because of fifa. Not applicable to the area. Disappointed with the property.

Location was great. Close to the freeway and a variety of dining options nearby as well as other conveniences like groceries and gas. Busy area.

Breakfast was fantastic. Great variety well stocked. Fresh items. Kept clean! Always fresh coffee and tea! Keeping toilet paper stocked in lobby bathroom

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was great for the kids. The room was clean, and we all enjoyed our stay here.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was pretty decent if I do say so myself We will definitely be staying here again

Our room had a weird smell, but was very clean. Their staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay.

Breakfast was good! and location was quiet an comfortable. I enjoyed the stay and hoping for scrambled eggs not omelette the both days I stayed there. I asked the for clean towels and throw the trash away. When I received a text message on my phone and they didn't do what I asked them to do.

Overall stay was good. Nice and quiet. Checked out around 10.15 am as we had to be somewhere around 11ish. May come back. N/a

Parking was easy, the staff at the desk were helpful, interactive.

Better to open the breakfast doors 1 minute early , rather than 7 minutes late. For the price of a nightly stay , everything needs to be top notch' these days.
