Breakfast ad Staff were awesome! Very helpful and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Breakfast was a nice variety of foods and seemed freshly made.

we would prefer breakfast until 10 am otherwise every thing was very good.

When we arrived in the room, we looked at the bathroom and saw blood in the bathtub. We went to the front desk to ask the attendant for help. First he told my daughter that it was rust and then when I insisted, he said he was alone and couldn't leave the desk to look at it. When we insisted, he went upstairs. Once he saw it, he said we would give us a new room. He said all the upgrades were booked but gave us a new room across the hall. We asked for a discount but he said that since we booked through a third party online, there was nothing we could do except get reward points. We told another clerk about this the next day and she apologised saying he was new but still offered us no help.

Breakfast was basic, room was clean. Check in and check out was fast. Staff was very friendly. Super nice staff. Great staff. Bathroom curtains need to be longer, shower head dripped and had wall paper in bathroom coming undone.

The room was clean but had a bit of a musty smell. The whole hotel has a bit of a smell. The pool and gym were incredibly hot and humid and dirty. The breakfast was subpar and did not change over our 4 day stay and the eggs were watery.

Our “executive king” room was roomy and comfortable. Good breakfast. Quiet. All in all a lovely stay. When we arrived at prime check-in time (the 4 o’clock hour) there was only one person at the front desk. He was on a very lengthy phone call, so unavailable to check anyone in, and the phones were ringing as the line to check-in grew. I was grateful for the lobby coffee. But La Quinta should have more than one customer service person at check-in time. The customer service person was apologetic and very friendly and helpful when he was finally able to serve us.

Breakfast All good

We stayed with friends. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was excellent. Great location right next to groceries and eateries close to interstate. Will definitely stay again when we're back in the area.

The room was clean and well furnished. Absolutely no complaints about the room or staff. Staff was courteous and helpful. I accidentally scraped my arm when an item fell behind the tv cabinet, which is quite large, and tried to retrieve the item. As I have a skin condition it became a mess. Staff was able to assist me with bandages. Parking was good. The hotel is situated between Starbucks on one side and a largemulti-service grocery and gas station on the other side so you have access to most things you may need. The only questionable part of my stay was the pool area. It was too hot in the space to really swim or be. I had hoped to swim but chose not to as it wasn’t that functional for me. Overall, great place to stay while attending wedding festivities. Super staff!

The hallways smelled like wet dirty dogs and although the room was pretty cleaned the tub had been coated more than once and was stained and chipped. We were awaken at 2:50 am by the nextdoor neighbors dogs in a full out fight and the owners screaming at those animals. I reported this to the front desk the next Moring and all they said was “I’m sorry”! No refund, no discount, no future credit. No thank you! Not ever going to use this hotel chain again. And we are discussing if Expedia will be our choice for booking our next stay away from home

We had to be relocated to a different room. It wasn’t easy to get any rest after that. In the morning, we expected at least a discount for our restless night but that wasn't offered. It was a bit upsetting, we didn't bother having the breakfast that came with the room, we just left and never looked back.

Great location, loved the pool, comfortable bed The room did not have any type of room darkening shade, and the curtains could not be pulled closed. Only sheer curtains so the room became very bright, early in the morning
