Pull out couch had bedding from the people before us still on it, had to change it myself before my kids could sleep there. It was also extremely uncomfortable, springs sticking out in your back the whole night.

No Hot water from the shower

Quiet, clean, easy access from highway.. we are repeat customers as it is convenient & comfortable. Staff is pleasant and professional, definitely a great place to stay when in the area.

The room was spacious & clean. The staffs were nice & friendly. The only thing was, the water from the shower didn't get warm at all, it was hot! We had to shower quickly because we couldn't change the water's temperature. Since we only stayed for 1 night, when we complained about it, they said they could send a plumber to check on it, but were checking out already that day. They gave me extra bonus points on my Hilton Honors to compensate for the inconveniece.

Very large room with a sofa and full kitchen setup. Manager made me wait until he was watching an episode on TV before he checked me into my room, rude attitude.

Highly recommended in terms of cleanines, staff assistance and comes with all the essential amenities.

Conveniently located, pleasant room, nice breakfast. It advertises coffee maker in the room but provides the plastic contraption that squirts water through a little “coffee” sachet that produces a watery beverage u fit to consume. Fortunately, there is coffee available downstairs, which is somewhat better. Better to provide nothing at all then what is currently there.

Very clean location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast. Family friendly and nice amenities. Kitchenette was very useful and practice.

Handicap accessible room was grossly inadequate. No walk in shower just a difficult bathtub with faucets that need repaired or replaced. No light switch by the bathroom door from the bedroom. Lock on the bathroom door is a retro fit steel plate that rotates and can lock you in the bathroom! Worst $279 room I’ve ever stayed in. Door so heavy that getting a wheelchair through it is really difficult. Beware.

High standard, breakfast from 6am, you can eat from real plate and stainless steel fork,spoon,knife. Ceramic cups, appreciate. Weekends rates are high
