Exceptional

Staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant food was quite good. Nice touch offering a complimentary beverage!

Nice and quiet restful atmosphere. Easy parking and access to either the airport or freeway. Breakfast had more fresh fruit and better options than we usually find.

Exceptional

Issues with on-site dining. Insufficient staff to operate breakfast and dinner service effectively. Room was clean but view was a large mechanical unit mounted on the 1st floor roof right outside the window. Guess someone has to get this view, this time was my time.

For starters, one of the employees coming on shift was about two feet from my bumper all the way from the main road to the hotel, she was clearly late for work. Then the awkward walk by as we pulled up to the front of the lobby confirmed she did indeed work at the hotel. Next, at about 630am I could here the person above us stomping around getting ready for their day. Sounded like we were practically in the same room. Finally we went to use the amenities. The steam and sauna rooms were both out of order and the hot tub was full of cold water. I called the front desk and she said they must have just cleaned it and were refilling it. The guest hours are 5am-11pm. So, I guess it wouldn’t make sense to clean it outside of hours when guests might use it? The front desk attendant had no empathy at all and had a “thems the breaks” attitude. I’ll never stay here again and you shouldn’t either.

Great hotel, walk to airport.

While I was out on an errand, a maid came in, IN SPITE OF THE RED PRIVACY LIGHT BEING ON and threw away an unopened can of ginger ale and half and half that I was saving for my second cup of coffee.

Convenient location.

Great checkin. Friendly !

Property was fantastic

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pool was nice as was the whirlpool. Food at the Northern restaurant was good as well.

Great place for a one night stay Nothing

This was great place to in Bellingham. It’s 15 minutes drive from downtown but hotel is clean and quiet.

Stayed overnight with my dog to avoid driving back to Seattle late at night. Property was clean. Location was conscientious to highway.

This is a favourite hotel to stay at in Bellingham. Clean comfortable rooms the pool and sauna are awesome. Although there is a restaurant there that offers a breakfast buffet at $15 per person, it would be nice if there was more of a break on price for the guests of the hotel. The only other complaint i have is we could heat the people above us most of the night, not sure why they were stomping around the room non stop, we even informed the front desk and it continued both nights we were there, Ww will stay again but next visit we will defiantly ask for the forth floor
