Great little getaway or solo travelers...beautiful river? out your backdoor. Nice walking trail as well.

The location and river view was amazing but the place itself is a little run down and could use some love. The carpets are dirty, bathroom shower fixtures are old, shower curtain in bedroom bathroom hangs off some and we had to fix the curtains in the bedroom so they’d close all the way. The bedroom is on the external hallway side that has a super bright light that shines in when curtains don’t close all the way. Bed was comfortable but a little too big for the bedroom as there was barely any space between the side of the bed next to the wall AC

Hair in both places too. Dishwasher is old and didn’t clean dishes well. Bowls in cupboard were dirty.

Great location and view. The bedroom looked nothing like the pictures of the listing. Bed was smaller and furniture was very dated. The coffee maker didn’t work and the dishwasher was full of clean dishes when we arrived. Overall I feel it could use some updating especially when the pictures you use to portray what you are renting are so vastly different

The room was spacious and very clean. It was well stocked with all necessities for our stay. We loved the location and the walking path with the gorgeous view. The staff was helpful and courteous. Would love to come back in the future.

Smaller details: there wasn't any coffee filters so I couldn't make coffee. Also the ceiling is paper thin so I could easily hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. Otherwise, the space was great. Having a full kitchen was nice. I liked that there's covered parking right in front of the unit and this was easy to walk to local restaurants and businesses.

Great view and place but property did not respond to messages

Pretty good value, but with great value there’s some drawbacks. No sheets on the bed is extremely weird. Pretty clear it was built around the turn of the century, based on the height of the shower head… when people were shorter. Location was great, right on the river walk and within walking distance to a lot of nice stuff.

Front door to room did not lock, keypad slow and apparently uselessly. Had to empty a full load of dishes from the dishwasher. Signage for finding building, parking, and dog areas is confusing. Dog areas small and not well fenced. Nowhere to dump trash. No way to pay the pet fee on Expedia and then it was a huge hassle and took multiple calls to do it. Bed is very high and hard to get in and out of. Only one coaster in the whole room. Rickety AC window unit. No DVD player even though it was in the listing.

It wasn't so updated but had a nice cozy feel to it. Rooms were very clean surrounding area also very clean! The best thing was the views from the Balcony!

Room was clean and staff was very nice

Loved the view from our balcony right on the river. Plenty of space and nice to have the kitchen. Lots of room for our home away from home. For the most part the apartment was clean just normal wear and tear on a property that’s rented out (scuffed baseboards, chip in tile in one small area). Overall great and the location to walk to the downtown area along the River was so nice

The location is really nice right on the river, and close to shops and restaurants. The air conditioning works really well for the warm days. The bed was really comfortable.

I liked it, but there was a musty odor that was gross. Maybe the stained carpeting? I would get rid of it and place wood laminate throughout.

We stayed in rooms 224 and 225. Beautiful river view, central to all we wanted to do. Quiet and comfortable.

Cottages have a bit of a “true crime waiting to happen” vibe about them. Walked in and the room smelled like a vet clinic…a bit like kitty litter. Found hair in bathroom and on sheets. Many dead insects on the floor. Corners of floors caked dust and filth. They require you to clean and put away the silverware that you use…something that some may not take seriously judging by the looks of the furniture. TV on the wall is so crooked that you have to turn your head to the side to see it straight. Not a great experience. That being said, the view of the river is great and the bed was good enough.

the location on the river was great. The room smelled ok. When we messaged on the app we got quick responses. The balcony was nice. It was pretty quiet. Cons: The showers were not clean, there was mold in there that we scrubbed out before we used it. The bed sheets had hair and dog fur in them. The room had two air conditioners. One never worked. The other one cut out after two of our three days.

Condo was adequate but very dated. Carpet needs replaced. View was amazing of the river! Location near beautiful parks along the river especially if you like to walk or bike.
