Really helpful staff

I was on the bottom floor and could hear the people above and they were so noisy I did something I would never do otherwise--I took a broom and pounded the ceiling. So I would recommend an upper unit.

We pretty much liked everything about the place. Would like to come back in the future.

While it was handy to have a well-stocked kitchen, the unit we were in was not what we expected. The queen bed in the description was actually a (relatively uncomfortable) double, and there were only two thin blankets. The pool and hot tub were in need of serious cleaning or updating, and were in a ‘greenhouse’-type structure which made it so hot inside we couldn’t comfortably use them (in July), though I imagine it would be nice in winter. The proximity to the river and many lovely parks in Bend was great, though.

Great location, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.

Annie was always kind and genuinely tried to help, but unfortunately the property’s communication and management were very disappointing. Our first night, we checked into a room that had no sheets, pillowcases, or bedding. Despite reporting it immediately and being told it would be taken care of, no one returned, and we ended up sleeping on picnic blankets from our car. The following day, we were locked out of our room for over an hour while trying to get ready for my stepson’s wedding. The office was unattended, no one answered the phone, and our messages went unanswered until hours later. It was incredibly stressful, and we were worried we would miss family photos and the ceremony. One thing future guests should know is that the office is not staffed at all times. During our stay, there were periods when no one was in the office, no one answered the phones, and getting assistance was very difficult. If an issue arises during your stay, don’t expect immediate help. What was most disappointing was that management repeatedly promised to contact us and provide compensation but never followed through. Thankfully, Hotels.com stepped in and resolved the situation. The location itself was nice, but based on our experience with customer service, communication, and the lack of on-site staff availability, I would hesitate to stay here again.

Like location easy walk to downtown and great walking path along river. Nice quiet building and comfortable condo. I suspect that parking may be tougher on busier weekend but we had fun.

Our dog loved the park next door to the property and the easy access to the path along the river. Town was an easy walk away, was lovely having such access to great restaurants and bars. Only slight negative was the water pressure in the bathroom, especially the sink was very low. Would absolutely stay again! We were in room 202, “May the Forest be with You”.

It was in a beautiful neighborhood and the kitchen was super cute. There were utensils and cookware which was super cool!! The room was not as clean as I would like. The shower was kinda dirty too and the bathtub wasn't functional, so I could only shower. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like a fold out bed.

Great condo with balcony overlooking the river. Easy walk to downtown. Enjoyed the hot tub. Would stay again.

Cute room with a stunning view. Water wasn't too loud like others had mentioned but the view does look onto a walking path which may be a privacy issue for some. All the basics were provided including a kitchenette. Would stay again!

Location was perfect

- [ ] Both shower stalls are stained and worn. Caulk is old and poorly applied - [ ] No handles on interior of shower doors to help open and close sticky sliding doors - [ ] Hall bath hot water sink handle is broken and drainage is slow. - [ ] Couch sit is uncomfortable because cushions slope toward the floor. - [ ] Bedroom curtains do not fully cover windows allowing illumination from walkway in while trying to sleep. (Even with louvered shade down and curtains drawn.) - [ ] Blanket on bed is frayed. - [ ] Only three hangers in closet. - [ ] No napkins or paper towels in kitchen. - [ ] Travel/tourist/chamber of commerce magazines for what’s happening in the area on coffee table date from 2024-25. On the upside, the kitchen is decently appointed if mixed and matched sets. Chairs, coffee table and dining set are comfortable and functional even if they are a hodge-podge of styles and quality from various eras and of different finishes. We pretty much feel like we’re living in someone’s second home full of castoff or new(ish) but inexpensive furniture. I primarily make this observation because the pictures on the website show a unit with matched furnishings and a modern look suggesting a stay in a unit similarly appointed. We cannot recommend staying here without knowing which unit you’ll be in with pictures to verify. We will not return.

Fun place to stay by the water! Could use a few more renovations, but overall nice for a weekend getaway!

Our stay exceeded our expectations - the room was clean, nicely decorated, and you cannot beat the view of the river right outside the windows. So peaceful, and a great location with close proximity to the downtown area of Bend. Easy instructions to get in and exit at the end of our stay, and will look to come back again next time we are visiting Bend.
