Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast

The rooms were very clean and roomy. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the rooms but I thought the lobby and breakfast area was a little bit warm. The over all breakfast was good but I think they should have offered biscuits and gravy also. The hash browns were a little dry and if they had offered gravy maybe to put on the hash browns that would have helped a lot!

Nice staff. One of the best free included breakfasts that we've ever had. Roomy breakfast area and nice selection of food and drink items. Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in room was great, as it was a very hot day while we were there. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Clean bathroom and nice towels.

This hotel was clean, but dated. It has an older feel to it. I was a little surprised when we arrived and discovered what we had actually booked. It was rated 9+ stars on Hotels.com. I do not feel this rating was truly accurate for what my expectations were. Not a bad hotel, just overrated.

Room wasn't bad, sheets were clean which is most important to us. One bed had a broken leg and would teeter back and forth but with only our son on the good side, it stayed in place. Yes we attempted to use their phone to call and ask us to switch rooms but the room phone wasn't working either. TV was a trick to figure out how to get it to work properly (I'm even very technology saavy) so a note for future guest might be nice. Bed was comfy, bathroom water was wet and cleansed us the next morning. Their breakfast was probably their best feature on this visit. It's the usual eggs, sausage links, potatoes (dry), cereals, yogurts and a Belgium waffle iron which was great! Several selections of coffee or hot tea as well. The issues were reported and met with a "ohhh, thanks for letting us know" yet no apology. I would stay there again if I were tired enough as we were this night.

Our room was very clean & comfortable; very much needed after our trip. The breakfast was also delicious… Though maybe not anything much different than breakfast at other hotels, I liked the setup of things, & the variety of breakfast items they offered. I would recommend this hotel to others, & if we get back to the Bentonville area, we will plan on staying here again!

Very clean room, it was a large room, suite. The staff were very nice. I'd stay again. The parking was crazy. You can't park in the front, only down the side or in the back of the bldg.. Also the elevator is in the front.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Would definitely stay here again. Room was great. If you like a cold room in the summer this is your place! Husband and son said breakfast was good. Indoor pool, hot tub was down but that didnt bother us and staff was great!

Does NOT have a working hot tub as advertised. Did not have a tv first half of our stay. Staff was not willing to do anything to satisfy me in my opinion. They blamed it on a as third party

Great hotel! Location, amenities, and rooms were perfect. But, the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone we met was extremely nice and helpful. Only knock is that the wifi is a little slow. But, adequate for most needs. Will stay again!
