Great staff and very helpful. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

room was excellent, bed was firm but not overly so, shower was good. bathtub was a little slippery, but there was a grab bar. lots of lighting and the thermostat worked.

Negatives first. The hotel is older, not modernized. Carpeted rooms, old furniture and bathrooms do not have exhaust fans. Not sure why this is so hard to find these days. Positives, staff is very friendly and welcoming. The whole hotel is very clean. Breakfast was great to have all three mornings I was there. Eggs, biscuits, waffles, sausage. All excellent. Good coffee. There is a nice outdoor areas to eat, smoke, or just hand out. It is pet friendly. Centrally located and tons of eating options either walkable or a very short driving distance. Close to shopping as well. Fully enjoyed my stay while visiting my daughter who lives across the street. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay in Bentonville. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and offered several options. There was a stain on one of the sheets but not terrible. AC worked well. Happy to be able to have our dog there too.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast

The rooms were very clean and roomy. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the rooms but I thought the lobby and breakfast area was a little bit warm. The over all breakfast was good but I think they should have offered biscuits and gravy also. The hash browns were a little dry and if they had offered gravy maybe to put on the hash browns that would have helped a lot!

Nice visit

Nice staff. One of the best free included breakfasts that we've ever had. Roomy breakfast area and nice selection of food and drink items. Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in room was great, as it was a very hot day while we were there. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Clean bathroom and nice towels.
