La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bentonville

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The front desk employees were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage links, waffle maker, apples, yogurt, coffee, and three kinds of juice.

Clean and spacious room, great TV channel options, nice pool, good breakfast, and very quiet. Nice shower with massage setting, good air conditioning, lots of parking. Would definitely stay here again

I reserved two room and added a third room when I arrived. We went to the second floor and opened our door to this horrific smell. I asked my daughter to come in and she said it was a strong urine smell. It was so BAD. I asked the lady behind the desk if they had another room. She gave us a nice room at the end of the hall. When I got in bed that night it smelled like armpit odor. I'm glad they gave us a different room but the place didn't smell clean. My eyes burned the whole time. We walked downstairs for breakfast the next morning and I saw four dogs . Two were in the food area and two were outside . I will NOT be going back. I'm not against pet friendly hotels but this one is not what I'm looking for in a hotel.

Room was clean and well put together. Breakfast was good and worth heading down for. Had biscuits, gravy, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee.

We enjoyed our stay. We’ve been members of a competitors rewards club, and La Quinta changed our minds. The staff at check in was wonderfully friendly, and the breakfast service was phenomenal due to Amica’s hard work and diligence. She definitely deserves more staff or a raise.

We booked the room because the property had a hot tub. Got there and was told it had been closed down for more than a year but it had not come off the website. Told us we could get a refund since what was advertised was not available. We took the refund and found a hotel that had one.

Floor bathrooms was like mold around very dirty and black around calling (tub) broken lamp no bathroom exhaust fan and lady and breakfast only one person they should have 2 o more working in the area

Breakfast was good, nothing special or outstanding: potato squares, eggs (fried one day, powder the next) with some very cheap sausage (patties one day, links the next). Coffee was good, however, better than expected! There was also a waffle machine, which we didn't try... don't really like to carb-up at the start of the day. We did have a weird experience with the Front Desk, in that they asked for a credit card at check-in, to place a $50 hold for any incidental purchases or fees—I provided my Visa check card because that's all we use. That same night, I received a bank notification that they had deducted the entire cost of the stay from our checking account, on a booking that was fully prepaid through Expedia! Staff corrected the mistake after I pointed it out... but also acted as if wasn't out of the ordinary, somehow? Yikes.
