We were unable to stay in the Bentonville, Arkansas location. There was yellow tape all across the entrance and no signs directing people where to check in. Drove around back still no indication where to check in. It made me extremely uncomfortable and decided to stay somewhere else. There should be an indication as to where one goes to check in and should be mentioned upfront that it is under construction.

Not noted when booking-Property under renovations and from the outside it looks out of business, they even had 'caution barrier tape' around the front drive up and front door. This was taken dont the next morning on departure. Took the option to get Marriott Bonvoy points, front desk said no due to 3rd party billing. Advertised free continental breakfast, that doesn't exist either, it's 15.99 per person. This location offers Convention Center / Conference rooms, and a hotel is attached. So if you want plenty of hotel traffic during your stay, you could have it. I was woken up multiple times after 1:30 AM with loud partying hallway guest on the third floor.

Great stay for the money. Everything was clean and fitness room was in great standing. Service was great as well, and staff were friendly.

Very clean, safe and quiet hotel. The staff are great. They were so helpful and very friendly. My only complaint is that there is not much of an atmosphere in the hotel. The bar is a missed opportunity for the hotel. I know we would have had drinks in the bar but there was never a bartender there. We went offsite for drinks and food. Other than that our stay was nice.

Great stay. No problems. Hot tub or sauna would be a nice feature. The restaurant/bar was closed, which was a bummer. But there are plenty of options nearby.

Nice place and staff. In my opinion 15 bucks for a generic breakfast buffet is a little steep. Otherwise a great stay.

Felt this was the best hotel experience of our trip. Very comfortable!! Friendly guy who checked us in. Didn't utilize the breakfast bar. Was an above-average selection for those who did partake. We are just coffee people in the morning.
