The Block Hotel Bentonville

What a pleasant surprise! The hotel was nice, clean, and modern. The staff friendly and eager to help. We travel with a small dog and the dog park was large and even had balls for him to chase. All in all a great experience.

Room was nice and simple my wife really enjoyed it at our kids enjoyed the time there no noise from our neighboring rooms love the complimentary breakfast

I only stayed one night but it was a wonderful stay. The outside is nothing to write home about however, once you get inside it’s an absolute boutique hotel! Down to the way it smelled in the lobby. The room was stylish & modern. Friendly & kind staff and the breakfast area looked pretty fancy & upscale for the price I paid. The best part…the beds, pillows & linens. I travel a lot, all over and this was easily the most comfortable bed & pillows I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. Dare I say even better than my own bed at home! I almost peeled the sheets off to find out what brand it was. The towels were fluffy & clean as well. Overall, a very nice hotel. 10/10

Excellent place

ROOM WAS OK, BEDS COMFORTABLE. HOWEVER, WHEN WE WENT TO LEAVE OUR BATTERY AND THE CAR NEXT TO US' BATTERY WERE BOTH DEAD. NO CHARGE LEFT WHATSOEVER TO THEM. GOT A JUMP AND HAD TO BUY A NEW BATTERY, $200 WE HAD NOT COUNTED ON SPENDING. NEITHER OF US HAD ANY TROUBLE PRIOR TO THAT MORNING. STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR CARS.

Quiet. Clean. And it was affordable for my coin.

While updates have been made they feel cheap and rushed. Holes in the wall in our room had been patched but not painted. There was also stuff spilled on doorframe that hadn't been cleaned up. The smell from the cleaning supplies used was so strong we had to open the window to air it out. Not ideal on a 90 degree day.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and spacious and it is a great location for being able to visit and get around Bentonville.

This is a very clean and hospitable property. It is no-frills. Not even a cell phone charging outlet. Room had tile floors and not carpeting and strangely laid out.

Legit, the cutest hotel! Breakfast was great, 24/7 COFFEE/ESPRESSO MACHINE, dog 'park', close to everything! Def will refer friends/family & would come back.

My favorite part of my stay was waking up to the sun being filtered through the trees outside my rooms window! Most hotels have a view of a parking lot or highway. Very nice stay!

The staff was super nice. The public space was cute. There is a hotel dog park! Independent property that they are continuing to improve. Breakfast was adequate. Everything seemed institutional. No bedside lamp and the overhead by my bed didn’t work.

The staff was great, very friendly. The first room we were in had numerous black hairs all over the bed, it clearly had not been cleaned. And the room was extremely small. They moved us to a new room which was much bigger and cleaner, however there was no counter or place for my makeup or hair tools which was disappointing since I needed a place to get ready for a special celebration. I believe it was a handicap accessible room. It had just a stand-alone sink. Then, most of the night several young adults upstairs were having a very loud party, we thought the ceiling was going to fall in it was so loud. The thumping kept us up all night. The breakfast was disappointing. The biscuits were black and as hard as rocks. The only positive was that the staff was extremely nice and the coffee maker had a lot of options. Disappointing, especially for the price.
