In the early evening, the staff had changed and I went up and asked the front desk person if there were any handicapped rooms. He assured me there were, checked his computer and lo and behold they had handicapped rooms. Absolutely pathetic SERVICE

We’ve stayed twice and was comfortable both times! We recommend Double Tree!!

The suite was spacious, functional and clean. The bathroom was spotless. The linens and towels were very nice. The bec was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable in helping us with dining recommendations. The pillows were way too soft for my preference. The picture frame in the bathroom was worn and peeling. The air-conditioning was pretty loud.
