Perfect for mountain bikers visiting NWA.

We enjoyed the clean room, the inside bike racks, and the well thought out bathrooms. The outdoor area was well maintained and fun. The staff were very communicative and helpful throughout. We had no issues with our stay and would happily stay again.

First time staying here and will definitely be returning! If you’re a mountain biker and looking for a mountain biking orientated place to stay this is the spot! Bike wash station with all supplies provided bike repair station with tools available and a dedicated place in the room for your bikes and gear with wall mounted bike rack included! Also has a 24 hour bike shop for little parts, (tires, tubes, lines…..)

Hey there! We had such a lovely stay at this place. It was super easy to get around to all the spots we wanted to check out. And honestly, everyone on the staff was so friendly and easy to chat with whenever we needed anything. My girlfriends and I were here last weekend, and our room was seriously spacious – perfect for just chilling out! 😊

Everything was good. My contact with Jeremy was excellent. The bathroom facilities smelled a little, but the room was great!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the bike inn. The property was clean and well organized, but we were disappointed when we realized that it faced a very busy street and there was no place to take a walk. We thought that the bike trails were were closer to the property, but we would have needed a car to get to them. However, he had a very nice visit in Bentonville and if we go back, we might stay at the bike Inn again

This place is amazing! Travelled solo for a night and wanted something different than just a hotel. This place has everything you need. I will definitely be back

We went to Bentonville to do some mountain biking but wasn't sure where we were gonna store our bikes in a traditional hotel (multi floor). Then we found The Bike Inn. There was storage in the room and all the rooms are ground level. There were plenty of bike oriented amenities on the property. We bought gloves and a jersey from the pro shop for a fair price. The water bottle fill station and ice maker were also a huge plus as well. There were plenty of other amenities on site that we didnt use (hot tub, cold plunge, fire pit, and outdoor cooking area) Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. He introduced himself while we bumped into him while on property and asked if we needed anything. He was also quick to respond if we texted. During our stay we were having so much fun we wanted to extend our stay so we texted him and fortunately our room had availability and we're able to extend our stay another day with ease. The Bike Inn was a short drive to all the things we planned on doing and would highly recommend. We plan to book again for our future trips back. Thanks for everything Jeremy we truly enjoyed our stay.

Rode the Razorback O/B from Fayetteville to Bentonville. Perfect halfway point. Enjoyed Crystal Bridges which was close after breakfast in downtown. Bike Inn- Very unique place. The hot tub/cold plunge was needed after a 30 mile ride. Enjoyed meeting & talking shop with the other NWA visitors. We most appreciated the amenities and the attention to detail. Rules/expectations clearly marked making contactless check in/out easy. Can’t wait to return!!

Clean room with great outdoor area for relaxing. Fire pit, grill, cold plunge tub, etc all wonderful after a ride.

This was my second time at The Bike INN, I must say it was great!!! What a fantastic place at a very reasonable rate.

It was a great place to stay to explore bentonville

My mistake, I didn’t realize there was no running water in the cute little room. A short walk to the showers and restrooms is not in my will power at 60+ years old. I called the owner and was seeking help. He laughed at me. He was very rude and didn’t have a solution. Not impressed with his lack of sympathy. He could have at least pretended to care about the situation. I was shocked at his response.
