Best Western Plus Castlerock Inn & Suites

The renovated king rooms are in the front of the hotel and right on the highway. The traffic noise is terrible at night and I am not a light sleeper. I told Bradon at the front desk and he graciously upgraded us to a king mini suite near the back of the hotel. The rooms were not quite as polished, but we enjoyed the quiet. Bradon was always helpful and welcoming.

It was very clean, quiet, and close to restaurants and attractions we wanted to see. It was perfect for us.

Love it so much is really clean

This was a good motel. The only downside was on the website. It said it had a hot tub and it did not. It did have an indoor pool. My dad that the elevator was not working when we were there. I don’t know if it is now or not. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was adequate.

Terrible, do not stay here.

The breakfast was superb, especially the potatoes with sausage and peppers. Yum!

Enjoyed our stay: Room was clean and comfortable, nice breakfast area and breakfast items. Nice front desk staff. Was informed that the elevator was not working at time of check in. Overall good experience.

A small but well-maintained fitness room next to the indoor pool, good breakfast options and clean, quiet room made for a pleasant stay.

Too much noise, busy street in front of hotel

Our room was the last one, every time we tried to enter the back entry way door, our key card didn't work so we had to walk around the building to the desk to have new key cards made. This happened to us multiple times on the exterior and room doors. Staff was good, pool also, room was satisfactory.

I did ask for a discount because of these two problems and was told I would get one but I paid the same price that I was originally quoted for the room.

This may be an older hotel but it’s extremely well kept. Very clean and the rooms are huge!!! Definitely will stay here again

Exceptional

The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville.

We mentioned to the staff Tod and he said he’ll look into it. *Room 230, Bed closer to the window.* The pool was out of order. :(

The hotel was clean and that is my primary consideration. However, the property is definitely showing some wear and tear. Torn upholstery in the dining area, rips in the sheets, broken mirror in the workout room, the door to our room kept sticking, etc. The breakfast was adequate, but not especially great. Our biggest disappointment was that the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. I had chosen this hotel because we wanted a pool to use. I would have thought that the hotel would have notified travelers before they arrived since this did not appear to be an emergency shut down. We learned about it upon arrival and were told that the only thing they could do for us was to cancel our room with a full refund. It was too late in the day to search out another location to stay. Next time, we will stay somewhere else.

Our room had a leaking toilet and it was unsanitary water and they didn’t offer us any solution other than to wait for their maintenance guy’s scheduled shift. The pool was out of order and the breakfast was poor quality.
