Room was very basic and not in good shape at all. We were never informed this was also a value monthly rent. I felt I was in a boarding house. Only amenity was two thermoses of coffee in morning with NO cream or sugar! This sort of sums up the entire experience

No in room coffee maker, no shampoo

There wasn't a phone in one of the rooms, so I had to go to the lobby to ask for assistance to get television working.

The check in process went smoothly and the person was very friendly. The property was a bit run down. Seeing rust stains from the a/c units streak down the side of the hotel was less than appealing. We were surprised when we went in to find it cleaner than expected. Our room looked a bit run down. Rusty refrigerator stains on the countertop, rusty bathroom fixtures and water spots on the ceiling from a leak. The bed was clean. But the big thing we had issues with is that we found boogers on the wall. 4 to be exact, by the bed and one in the bathroom. Had I known this information before I booked. I would have found somewhere else to stay. Stress through the roof for me and my wife. We will not stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay here either.

There was a slight issue at check in but the employee (her name may have been Rhonda but not sure)was understanding and helpful. And being the mom who was 6 hours away I was very grateful for the support. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place for cheap

Location - the cost was okay but for what I paid it was not worth it! Got there was assigned a smoking room. We clearly asked for a non smoking room. Lady at the desk asked us to look at the room to see if we would take it since it was the last room. I declined the smoking room. She put us in a different room. Door lock was broken, shower would not drain so you had to take a shower with a tub full of water. The refrigerator didn't work. Humidity in room was very high, it always felt very moist in the room. No iron in the room. Only one small trash can in the bathroom. Staff had to keep turning the elevator on and off so it would work.

Staff was very friendly. Room was dirty and run down. Elevator smelled like cigarettes.

Everything was great

Room was clean, air conditioning worked fine, pleasant stay.

We got to our room, and the air conditioner did not cool properly. Called the front desk and the desk clerk came up immediately. She agreed with us that the unit was not working, offered to switch rooms for us but all she had were smoking rooms. We said we would move to a new room. She got back with us shortly and said she did the sniff test on the rooms she had available, and let us have the least objectionable one. Happily, the room we got did not smell like smoke at all, although the hallways on the floor did. We had a pleasant stay and were so greatful for the helpfulness of the desk clerk.

Marcia at the front desk is an absolute gem. My room didn’t have any issues, cleaner than expected! Very satisfied

Quit. Trees. Peaceful and tucked away Rude night staff Doors in and out of room almost impossible to open and shut. Cleaning was POORLY DONE no ash tray. No tv cord. Cleaning staff was knocking on my door at 9:41am Evan though the DND sign was on door. I left early after feeling forced to be leave on staff time frame not on my time frame. Sign on room door say check out-noon. Elevator certification is expired by TWO YEARS!

The amenities in the kitchen were not exactly very clean.
