The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and spacious and it is a great location for being able to visit and get around Bentonville.

The reception area and the lobby/breakfast area, where you can get coffee any time, are so modern and nice. The room was unexpectedly small. No fridge in the room is very inconvenient (there is a microwave by the elevator). Their whole system is ultramodern (filling out the registration for smooth check-in by opening the link sent by text, using a PIN to enter the room which I had a hard time managing), so you almost don't need to communicate with their staff. The WiFi was slow and inconsistent the night we stayed. I told the manager about it when we checked out the next morning, and she said it might have been because of the storm, even though it was just cloudy that day.

I also liked the large, well-lit, walk-in, curbless shower. I liked that the furniture had no legs when possible…the desk was suspended from the wall. The receptionist, Chelly, was friendly and very accommodating. I liked that the building was not fronting the busy main street but was removed to a private place behind street-frontage buildings. The lights in the ADA room were way too bright. Put them on dimmers. There were insufficient electrical outlets. Even though you had many lights in the ceiling of the main room, additional task lights would have been nice. The main door to the lobby opened automatically when one crossed in front of it, 10’ away. The back door was extremely heavy and it was unclear how to prevent it from locking on my once I exited.

This is a very clean and hospitable property. It is no-frills. Not even a cell phone charging outlet. Room had tile floors and not carpeting and strangely laid out.
-
Legit, the cutest hotel! Breakfast was great, 24/7 COFFEE/ESPRESSO MACHINE, dog 'park', close to everything! Def will refer friends/family & would come back.
-
Very modern room very clean very comfortable beds easy to find. I would definitely stay here again.

My favorite part of my stay was waking up to the sun being filtered through the trees outside my rooms window! Most hotels have a view of a parking lot or highway. Very nice stay!
-
The staff was super nice. The public space was cute. There is a hotel dog park! Independent property that they are continuing to improve. Breakfast was adequate. Everything seemed institutional. No bedside lamp and the overhead by my bed didn’t work.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast options and quick check in and out

The staff was great, very friendly. The first room we were in had numerous black hairs all over the bed, it clearly had not been cleaned. And the room was extremely small. They moved us to a new room which was much bigger and cleaner, however there was no counter or place for my makeup or hair tools which was disappointing since I needed a place to get ready for a special celebration. I believe it was a handicap accessible room. It had just a stand-alone sink. Then, most of the night several young adults upstairs were having a very loud party, we thought the ceiling was going to fall in it was so loud. The thumping kept us up all night. The breakfast was disappointing. The biscuits were black and as hard as rocks. The only positive was that the staff was extremely nice and the coffee maker had a lot of options. Disappointing, especially for the price.

It was a cozy hotel and the atmosphere was on point. That it didn't have a mini fridge so we could store food or drinks in.
-
No refrigerator in the room!!! I had leftovers from supper that I had to toss.
-
Block Hotel is basically a motel very similar to any decent motel.
