Room was clean and outdoor pool area was nice.

This facility is in the heart of the business and restaurant area in downtown Billings, Mt. On premises parking is tight with no observable area for vehicle towing a trailer. The staff is wonderful and anxious to offer assistance. The hotel offers a breakfast coupon for a really good restaurant next door, Stella's, and a discount at Jake's Steakhouse one block away. The room was clean and equipped with many towels, a coffee maker, and excellent shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Limited fitness room and equipment. It is less than 2 miles to the airport or interstate 90. It also has a number of charging stations on premises. In summary, it is a good facility and reasonable in cost.

Called the SAME DAY and they couldn’t find them. HOWEVER they were so quick to say how reliable the cleaning staff is. Very very unbelievable and unprofessional. Someone kept them.

We enjoyed our one-night stay here. The front desk worker offered us a free "upgrade" to a "courtyard" room that you entered from a short dark hall and that didn't see the courtyard at all, so that was strange. The the room was fine and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool was refreshing and the pool area had a variety of seating. The breakfast at Stella's the next morning (Saturday) was great. We just barely beat the rush at 8am, after which there was a significant wait. Excellent food and pastries. There's a great coffee shop just a block down.

Newly renovated with all the bells and whistles ie free breakfast, airport shuttle and a very decent outdoor pool. Staff are friendly, good vibes all around. It's worth the extra $$

Love the Clocktower. Close to restaurant, pub station for live music and Stella’s for breakfast is always a treat!

Clean room, very helpful staff, quiet room

Two items that I need to address; 1. the shower in our room did not work. the directional valve wasn't working. 2. Parking on our particular night, was difficult at best. We returned back to the hotel at 10 pm and there was no parking on property to be had. I wound up parking in the lot of an adjacent business and got up early the next day to move into hotel parking.

Room was nice and clean. We stayed on first floor both times for easy parking. Hotel location is in a convenient location. Lots of places within walking distance. We stay here for shows at the Alberta Bair or the Pub Station.

Great place to stay and you will never find a better breakfast!
