The breakfast menu was excellent, as was the staff. The issue was that we were unable to check into the rooms until after we had attended our 50th Reunion event that evening, because the computer system was down. We were unable to get ready for our event, as the lobby was full of waiting customers, who many were also going to a concert. It was very frustrating to try to get ready, iron clothes, share one women'st bathroom with everyone getting a room in the hotel for the night. On checkout, we requested a free night (Friday night) and were told that the Manager would have to contact us by phone as they weren't working Sunday. It is Tuesday and we haven't received a phone call back yet! One elevator didn't work for the entire weekend, and there was remodel work being done throughout the building all weekend!

We went their for our special night out that was planned months in advance and we couldn’t check in at 3, we were told the system was down and we would have to wait until it was back up, we weren’t offered any kind of compensation and they didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience. We had a concert to go to and couldn’t even freshen up after a long drive or put our things in the fridge as it was about 95degrees out! I will never book with them again, we paid for a whole night and couldn’t check in until about 8-9 and we we’re already at the concert!

The hotel was under remodeling but did not affect the stay at all staff was very helpful and nice hotel very clean and it smelled like new 100% recommend

Property is very close to the airport for easy access to your flight. It was noisy, you could hear other people in their room , the hallway and doors opening and shutting.

It was very nice & had everything we needed. It was pricey but they shuttled us to the airport & we were able to leave our car there. We are now coming back & they will pick us up at the airport & bring us back to the hotel.

This hotel has been by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for a few years. It was exceptionally clean, quiet, and had the best breakfast. This will be my go to place when staying in Billings!

Location was perfectly central for our needs so this was great. Breakfast was not as good as some of the locations we have stayed, but it was satisfactory. Staff was extremely courteous, greeting us each time we left or came back. Room was great, having the kitchenette (full refrigerator and dishwasher) was a great, bed was extremely comfortable. The first night, the fire alarm was blaring at 1:30 AM for about 3 minuets, then went off before we actually left the room. The next night/morning, same thing happened around 6:00 AM. NO EXPLANATION!! Would have been nice for the front desk to have an apology sign for the inconvenience and the reason why the alarm went off. Many patrons were complaining about the "rude" wake up calls!

A little bit of a sketchy area, as we pulled up we had people yelling and seemed to be doing illegal substances. On the other side of the parking lot a dude was getting wasted and then the cops showed up and arrested him. Our toliet clogged and we were handed a plunger to fix it ourselves. This was one of my only options in our route that was pet friendly but it was not worth what we paid. Breakfast was decent nothing fancy and the pool was good enough for my kids to get energy out.

Did not like the yogurt machine.
