Very kind and helpful staff

Easy and enjoyable with knowledgeable and supportive staff and services

We stay here most trips to Billings. The rooms are small but clean, comfortable, and the furnishings are nice. The staff is always nice in the hotel, bar, and Bernie's. My only complaint is the seating in the bar is horribly worn and broken down.(We didn't visit the restaurant or Bernie's this trip to see if it was in the same condition.) I was embarrassed as I had recommended it as a meeting point for a group of friends and family.

We loved The Northern Hotel. Would stay nowhere else in Billings.

The place to stay when in Billings. Clean, helpful staff, transportation provided to and from the airport.

Valets was awesome. The dinner is the best. The staff is very nice and professional.

Food Delicious. Very disappointed that the Air Con is on 24/7 and can not be turned off so got very little sleep for 3nights spoiled the stay if im honest staff very helpful but not much good if they can't resolve the issue pity really as it's a beautiful hotel.

Excellent accommodations, location and staff.

Everything was great. The bed was so comfortable. Room was clean, towels were so soft. We ordered coffee, and a half hr later we still didnt have it. Only one person working and she couldn't get away. We cancelled. Otherwise very, very nice.

Beautiful hotel in downtown Billings with long and notable history. Free valet parking which made arrival and departure so easy. Breakfast cafe on premises and discount given to guests. Spacious room, comfy bed, plush linens. Center of town walkable to many great dining options. Some street noise so best to be on highest floor.

We got room service and the jam burger was the BEST I have ever had!!! Outstanding and huge! The hotel was beautiful and spotless. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance to multiple resturants.

Stay was cozy! Disappointed with hotel cafe, Bernie’s. Slow service and cooked quit. I was served a terrible meal!!!!

This place is fantastic!

Great location and very helpful staff. The shower was very difficult to use. I reported it upon checkout and the front desk gal said she would have maintenance look at it.

Honestly, a hotel of this caliber might consider a better grade than one ply tissue. Otherwise we love this place!

I enjoyed the corner room with views of the city below. The bathroom was very modern and clean. Great water pressure. Room was small compared to modern hotels but it was charming and cozy feeling! I loved the retro bar. Unfortunately the diner closed mid afternoon, after we arrived and then must have been short staffed in the morning because we sat at the bar for over 10 minutes and we were never greeted or offered coffee. It was then that I noticed more than 10 people had menus still in front of them, so we left for Stellas, just down the street.
