The valets were still on at 8:30 PM when we arrived. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. You can tell they are personally invested in ensuring guests have an elevated experience.

Valet staff is great! Hotel was comfy and the restaurant down stairs was very reasonable with big portions. Will definitely be staying here again

The lobby was beautiful. The room was nice, but the TV was small and old. There wasn't a night stand on one side of the bed which was very inconvenient since there was nowhere to set my water and phone.

Location of hotel and on site restaurant are why I chose the hotel and validated my choice. The hotel was lacking in travel comforts. No coffee service, facial tissues nor comfy chair in my guest room. Two dining style chairs are NOT comfy. Cleaning staffed talked loudly in the hall during the morning to the point of waking me up after a very late check-in. The room was ok but nothing special or comforting as a traveler. Shuttle was not value add. I didn't know it existed prior to checking in (thus Ubered to hotel) and shuttle didn't have availability when I needed to depart. Thus never used the shuttle, 0 value to me.

Great fitness room, amazing staff and loved the breakfast at Bernie’s. The elk sausage was outstanding!! Next time we are in Billings we will stay at Northern!

Large hotel in downtown Billings. Parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Easy parking by valet or self parking. Room was clean and we'll appointed.

Oh my gosh, the was the worst place we've ever stayed just for the fact we got absolutely no sleep, it was SO loud! It sounded like people were drag racing around the block and it lasted all night long! We got no sleep at all! I understand there are bars in the area but this was awful!
