Room was clean and staff was first.

Room was not cleaned the 4 days I stayed. Supplies and towels were supplied 1 day. I called front desk to request cleaning and supplies for my room. No one did. I had to go down to front desk to get what I needed. My trash was over filled. I put them outside my room door to empty. They were still outside my room when I returned.

Comfortable, clean and close to everything in Billings. A special treat is the Marble Cafe located inside the hotel with wonderfully friendly staff who know all things Billings. A kiosk with local events and information is there as well. Easy pick up from airport and the hotel staff are so helpful! Great stay - would highly recommend!

Parking is confusing and not at all clearly marked. Park in the 1st Street Garage.

They were all so sweet to us!! The bathroom could have been cleaner. We found a lot of hair everywhere on the floor

The downtown location was the best, everything was within walking distance. For some reason we had to pay for our parking.

I cancelled my stay because the date was wrong. Expedia said they would cancel but when I checked my credit card I discovered I was charged for the night I cancelled. I believe it is impossible to talk to person at Expedia..

Cost to much for parking plus the high price for the room , the in room coffee maker very bad taste,no free breakfast,hard to get to ,lots of one way streets Got to see friends

Good quality property

The location and not being able to park onsite, I was traveling with 2 of my kids and we had to walk on unknown streets with homeless people wondering around because we arrived in the middle of the night after driving house to get there.

The staff was very helpful.Close to many good restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable beds.

Entrance to hotel and parking are difficult to access.

The air condition unit clicked loudly when coming on and was loud until it cut off. I had two rooms and both rooms were like that. The drawer in one room continuously opened up on its own. The hotel was clean except the bathroom floor in the room on 14th floor. Cookies were great and appreciated the complimentary cookies. Overall, a nice place downtown.
