The downtown location was the best, everything was within walking distance. For some reason we had to pay for our parking.

I cancelled my stay because the date was wrong. Expedia said they would cancel but when I checked my credit card I discovered I was charged for the night I cancelled. I believe it is impossible to talk to person at Expedia..

Cost to much for parking plus the high price for the room , the in room coffee maker very bad taste,no free breakfast,hard to get to ,lots of one way streets Got to see friends

Good quality property

The staff was very helpful.Close to many good restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable beds.

Entrance to hotel and parking are difficult to access.

Exceptional

The air condition unit clicked loudly when coming on and was loud until it cut off. I had two rooms and both rooms were like that. The drawer in one room continuously opened up on its own. The hotel was clean except the bathroom floor in the room on 14th floor. Cookies were great and appreciated the complimentary cookies. Overall, a nice place downtown.

Staff very friendly and helpful!

The bathroom was filthy, when we arrived there was visible hair in the shower, drain was so clogged that it wasn’t draining while in use, my fiance ended up pulling a huge wad of hair from the drain.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. We do not recommend.

Came to Billings for the shinedown concert and stayed at the double tree. Nice place! We will stay again

Person at the front desk was not welcoming, did not tell me where I could park, could not help with taxi uber services (non existent), person at the front desk walked away when I asked where to park. Had to ask another employee how parking worked, finally got a parking pass for the parking garage down the street, apparently there is a above walking bridge from the hotel to the parking garage, know-one said explained we didn’t need to walk on the street to get to my car The staff was not friendly. Weird deal too everyone checking in got cookies, I asked for a cookie also and they were out? But when another check in came up, they all of a sudden had cookies. Not freindly not welcoming Oh and the “buffets” you can pay $20 a plate or $12 a plate was a joke. I’ve had better food at a days in continental breakfast….

Rooms were clean, easy to find.

Great hotel clean rooms friendly staff

This hotel was okay. Rooms are very dated and old and not well kept. Location is right downtown and centrally located. Staff weren’t overly friendly or welcoming. AC would only go as low as 68. The room stayed nice and dark. Overall, not sure we’d stay here again.

Everything was great with the exception of the HVAC which we always have trouble with getting the right temp and no fan during the night.
