Everything was great with the exception of the HVAC which we always have trouble with getting the right temp and no fan during the night.

The place was nice, but the bed and the pillows we got were terrible. The shower was not great either.

Great location and price! Right across the street from my favorite restaurant in Billings called Walkers. Try the apple brined pork shank!!!

either too hot and wouldn't get cold. There wasn't a pool or breakfast. We did get warm cookies when we checked in! And a bottle of water in the room. The parking was not ideal...and coming in late , 8:00 pm, took us by surprise and how to get our luggage to our room.

Very nice rooms. Staff members were pleasant. Had a shuttle to the airport. Will be staying again!

Super clean and updated, coffee shop inside, covered sky bridge to great steak house!

Very clean, plenty of pillows. Restaurant on property is wonderful. Young ladies at the desk were very pleasant.

so this property is tired for sure, the rooms were outdated, parking is limited we got the last spot. The bar on the first level was interesting, the restaurant on the top floor was old, but the food was good (expensive" but great staff

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The server, Brooke, was helpful and kind. When my friend couldn't find her credit card, she went above and beyond to help her find it. The room was comfortable and the view of the city from the room was lovely.

Nice motel. We came in late and they were very helpful and got us checked in right away.

There are coffee machines in the room. There is a coffee shop on the Prout separate. It would be nice to have drip coffee in the lobby for guests.

Although we experienced a couple minor issues, the staff was very helpful and fixed the issues. We had a wonderful stay!

The property is great! Great location, great staff, great rooms, very pet friendly, and the coffee/cafe shop, Marble Coffee, best coffee shop ever! The breakfast and lunch options there were fabulous! Overall 5 star experience with The DoubleTree!!
