Everything was great except the water pressure. Our room was on the 3rd floor and I didn't wash my hair over the 2 night stay due to fear that the water pressure wouldn't be sufficient to remove shampoo/conditioner. The water pressure out of the bathroom sink was stronger.

The room was good and so was the breakfast. The trees are so tall I almost missed on finding the motel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. If you’re visiting at the hospital, this would be the hotel you would want to book. It’s literally in the parking lot next to the hospital. There’s only one entrance into the hotel which makes you feel very safe. The breakfast is not a full hot breakfast but more of a continental. It was a quite evening.

Water pressure is low, but understandable in this drought.

Nice place to stay before flying out of Billings airport. Also there are sometimes yummy cookies when you arrive.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. They have cookies and popcorn in the evening, but they run out if you are out late! There is an EV charger a block south of the hotel.

The location next to the hospital was ideal, allowing us to stay close for the emergency admission of our daughter. The only thing I would recommend would be that management put in larger mini-fridges. These are the smallest mini-fridges on the market, and the space available in the cabinet would easily handle a much larger mini-fridge. This would enable family members to stay close more frugally (rather than eating out for every meal) or allow for specialty diets.
