FairBridge Inn Express Billings Airport

The room was pretty and clean. and everyone was very nice. I didn't eat breakfast there. The airport shuttle was great. The bathroom could use an update, but it was fine. I love that you when you stay, you can pay to park at the motel which is a lot cheaper than airport parking, and they pick you up when you return. The children that were staying above me were wildly noisy, but they didn't stay up really late. Overall, I was pleased with the motel.

Was nothing like the photos. I booked this room for my folks while dealing with health issues as it was close to the hospitals. They refused to go back for the second night. Do not recommend at this time.

Clean room, bathroom outdated and icky

I did stop in the parking lot of this place, and it was kinda sketchy looking although not horrible, and it was not clear as to how to get from the lot to the office. Since it was midnight, I didn't even get out of my car to look.

The stay was nice and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The only thing I was not stocked about is the large gap under our door. Was fine for a one night stay.

the 24/7 shuttle service is the main attraction. staff is super nice & picked me up at the airport close to midnight. continent breakfast was good as well -- had hot food!

Staff was nice. Unclean floor, bed made too much noise and there was a brief on the chair when we checked-in. The free shuttle to the airport didn't show up at all at the agreed picked up time.

BF start late at 7 AM we have to leave early so miss BF and no Key drop box when you check out early before they open at 7 AM

Everything was dirty and un kept

The location was great, and the breakfast was good The floor was extremely dirty and covered in black grime

Unless you are desperate, please don't stay here. We paid for a "deluxe" room which wasn't even cleaned properly. There were hairs from different people left on the bathroom floor, sink, and bedding. The bathroom smelled like mildew. The air conditioner and refrigerator didn't work at all, dirty marks left all over the walls and doors, and stains on the drapes. FYI- a $100 deposit is also a requirement when checking in. Lessons learned by renting a room here! We definitely will NEVER stay here again!

On the upside, the front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. She responded immediately when we realized we had only been given one towel. Location is convenient to Billings Airport and the free airport shuttle was on time and friendly. Do not recommend at all. The shower had almost zero hot water pressure, but worked as a cold shower. Toilet didn't flush properly. No clothes hangers were provided.

People banging and yelling all night.

We arrived very late and the gentleman who checked us in was extremely kind and understanding about us needing a late checkout. I cant think of a thing.
