Great breakfast. Nice staff , clean and quiet room.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Courteous, kind and responsive to a minor issue I had checking in. The hotel needs an update; otherwise, would recommend.

Location. Ease of check in. Beds were comfortable Dirty carpets and expensive for a 2.5 -3 star hotel.

Nice inexpensive hotel. Good value for the money.

My purpose of staying at Country Inn & Suites was because of the Matt Rife show at the Metra, right across from the hotel. It was a 1-night stay. We did not know the walking path to the Metra, but seems most people walked around the back left of hotel maybe half a block, then through a big lot towards the light crossing, then 5 minute walk to the Metra. There is a casino, liqueur store, subway right next door to hotel. There's a few places to eat within short walking distance like Jersey Mikes Subs, Applebee's, Tippy Cow. If you like to hike and walk or bike around, there's the Alkali Creek Trail to the left of hotel behind Jersey Mike's. Overall, depending on your visit to Billings, depends on where you stay and what is convenient for you, but Country Inn & Suites is a good hotel nonetheless, room was clean, service was great, we had one crazy thing that happened not longer after check in. The fire alarm went off, everyone evacuated, seems someone tried to smoke, lol, but fire truck arrived fast and it was no big issue for us, we grabbed all of our stuff just in case. Fire alarms work, lol, so don't try to sneak smoke. Enjoy the hotel and your time!

Me and my family went for an event at Metra Park and this hotel was perfect to walk from and too. We booked 2 rooms and they put us right next to eachother and staff were very nice.

Back lot down hill and hard to turn around truck and trailer

Breakfast was well stocked but surprisingly uninteresting with watery eggs. Waffle machines and good bacon make up for a lot. Room was immaculate. A little wear starting to show ina few spots (elevator)

Nice place to stay neat plenty of activities and restaurants.

The staff was so helpful. My husband left his iPad there. They held on to it til we got back there two weeks later.

The pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was dirty. There was something grey and sticky on the toilet seat, there was an unwrapped piece of candy on the floor, mold spots on the wall over the shower.

Room was clean, spacious and refreshed during our two day stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed having plates, silverware, glasses and coffee cups. A nice touch. (Disposable available if you preferred.) A variety of food both mornings. Used the exercise room and it worked well for me. Motel was located very close to the Metra for an easy walk to the event I attended.

Always a pleasure to stay here, comfortable, well appointed rooms and great location.

This was an amazing hotel!! It was very clean in our room and everywhere else that we went! A delicious complimentary breakfast ,and couple drinks in the early evening! But it wouldn’t have been as fun without Carlos!! He was absolutely the best and was so accommodating and our stay wouldn’t have been the same without him!! We feel like we made a friend and if we’re ever back in that area, we’d definitely stop just to see him!!
