Overall clean, carpets could use a cleaning or replacement. Elevator was under repair so had to lug 50lbs suitcases up stairs. We enjoyed our stay.

The elevator was out and we were on the 3rd floor. My husband is 67 and a bit out of shape. I made about 10 trips up and down. He made 4. The stairwells were extremely hot also, making the trips up and down even worse. Otherwise it was great.

we have stayed there several times. We will be back in September. I hope the elevator is fixed by then. That is the only complaint we have ever had, and the staff apologized, and I do understand it was out of their control as the parts were not available at that time. It happens! It is a great place to stay, period.

My purpose of staying at Country Inn & Suites was because of the Matt Rife show at the Metra, right across from the hotel. It was a 1-night stay. We did not know the walking path to the Metra, but seems most people walked around the back left of hotel maybe half a block, then through a big lot towards the light crossing, then 5 minute walk to the Metra. There is a casino, liqueur store, subway right next door to hotel. There's a few places to eat within short walking distance like Jersey Mikes Subs, Applebee's, Tippy Cow. If you like to hike and walk or bike around, there's the Alkali Creek Trail to the left of hotel behind Jersey Mike's. Overall, depending on your visit to Billings, depends on where you stay and what is convenient for you, but Country Inn & Suites is a good hotel nonetheless, room was clean, service was great, we had one crazy thing that happened not longer after check in. The fire alarm went off, everyone evacuated, seems someone tried to smoke, lol, but fire truck arrived fast and it was no big issue for us, we grabbed all of our stuff just in case. Fire alarms work, lol, so don't try to sneak smoke. Enjoy the hotel and your time!

Me and my family went for an event at Metra Park and this hotel was perfect to walk from and too. We booked 2 rooms and they put us right next to eachother and staff were very nice.

Back lot down hill and hard to turn around truck and trailer

Breakfast was well stocked but surprisingly uninteresting with watery eggs. Waffle machines and good bacon make up for a lot. Room was immaculate. A little wear starting to show ina few spots (elevator)
