The restaurants downstairs are really good. Totally recommend them.

The staff were friendly and professional. Pool and hot tube clean and fully operating. Food was okay and easily available. Room clean and nice view. Extra resort fee upon check in … interior was a bit dated.

The bathroom shower and sink was very dirty and long black hair in the shower tub and sink.. the facets were very dirty looks like the house keeper forgot the wipe the fixtures and shower walls tub sink and bathroom floor not mopped at all. me and my family had 3 rooms and being that we stayed 2 nights and never did the house keeper bring in fresh towels coffee nor water until we had to catch them in the hall ways or ask the front desk.

Very clean and spacious Smoking rooms needs to be updated

Restaurants available to where I didn’t really need to leave the property to get food. Port 17 is AMAZING!!! Really good food!! I didn’t like that I couldn’t check in early. I didn’t like that the overnight lead dismissed the fact that I was distraught. She’s not very friendly. HATED that I could hear kids crying next door and people having sex! Thin walls were HORRIBLE!!!! I had to wear my headphones just to get some sleep. Didn’t like that they don’t have 24 hour shuttles available because ride shares are not readily available to go a few minutes down the street late at night. I probably will not stay at harrahs in Biloxi again.
