We had a lovely stay and breakfast. We will stay here next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Bird In Hand Village Inn & Suites. The property is very clean, cozy, and in a great location. It's near various attractions, antique and craft shops, farm stands, and restaurants. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Joy provided us with multiple recommendations that worked out well. The cleaning staff kept the room and overall property spotless. The complimentary breakfasts and bus tour were enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay and delicious breakfast!

This was the perfect place for a weekend stay. The room is traditional country in decor and the condition is pristine.

We scheduled through Hotels.com and I didn’t realize we were on the second floor. The sister property across the street had little ground floor rooms which was what we wanted. Also, dining was hard to find on Sunday,

The property is set in an Amish community where you can hear the clip clop of horse drawn wagons. The facilities are meticulously kept Victorian homes with modern amenities. Joy, the hotel manager, is a true joy. We were easily accommodated when we had only booked a room for one night but decided to stay another night. Breakfast was also delightful as are the shops and farmers market located adjacent to the property. Also it’s very close to Lancaster, a hidden gem where we spent all day Saturday exploring. Our bed sank to the floor on one side. We let the staff know and they immediately moved us to a different room with the added bonus of a jacuzzi. We would have preferred that didn’t happen, but it was actually no big deal.

We had a terrible experience with Expedia’s booking because we reserved a suite with one bedroom a bathroom a living room and a kitchen for $327 for two nights. When we arrived at the property they gave us one room with a small bathroom without a living room or kitchen. Do we had to upgrade to get a room with a kitchen and living room and ended spending an additional $111 for our so nights. We were very disappointed with the way Expedia handled our reservation and didn’t appreciate paying extra.

Super friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and decorations were pretty. Reception desk closed most of the time during out stay, had to drive to the other sister property for check-in/out. No in-house breakfast in the morning and got voucher instead at cafe next door. Sound proof was poor in room.
