Very dated and no frills, but clean and was fine for one night.

Their profile mentioned that they had refrigerators but didn’t say there was a microwave. We were surprised to find one in the room. That’s a selling point that should be included in their profile.

This is a “bed and shower” place. No frills. Place is clean enough. Breakfast is cereal, bagels and bananas. Good for an overnight.

The hotel was clean and it has so much space for my family of 5. The bed was confortable but the sheet were too thin.

It says it has continental breakfast and there is only cereal, bagels, and coffee. Very noisy, the refrigerator is bad quality. I put ice in the freezer and it melted. The cards to enter the rooms sometimes do not work. All in all, I would say a 3 star stay. Mediocre at best.

Staff are courteous. Clean room. Parking was easy. A lot of shops nearby including Rockvale Outlet Mall. Actually this is our second time booking this property. We only had a poor internet connection during our stay.

Worked well for us and over $200 cheaper for a family of 6. Room has 3 full beds, which worked great for us. Location was excellent for us, seeing a show at Sight and Sound. Highly recommend anyone to see a show there. Absolutely excellent. And this place is a great value and location for that

Very clean and staff was very helpful

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fairly large considering and had 3 double beds. This worked out great for our family of 5. The price was reasonable especially for the rates in the area. We had to stay in the area for an event. Bathroom could have been cleaner (old urine left around seat lid, hair in the tub/shower, etc) and room and bathroom could use some fixing as some of the ceiling tiles were stained and out of place, sink was coming apart (cosmetic not functional issue), staining on bed skirt, shower is older. For the money, this place was on par.

Coffee and bagel is OK, but room outdated, especially bathroom.

The room and hotel were good. If I stay again I will stay on second floor. We could hear the people above us walking back and forth and dropping stuff a good part of night. Had to keep TV on to drown out the rude people. I told manager next day. He said no no u call and tell us we will take care of it. This is my 2nd stay there.
