Clean room staff was very nice only complaint is I get up early and with breakfast included would have to leave for coffee because none available at 6 am unlike other places I have stayed you could get coffee and other stuff starting at 6 am

This is an amazing motel. It was out of my expectations. I love that the owners were friendly and I felt safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

The owners were super nice and respectful. They gave me a decent room. The rooms were outdated, but that's not the point. It's an older establishment. Despite that It was comfortable and I slept like a log. The free breakfast was simple, no frills. I will stay again for sure.

Easy and convenient parking, extra friendly staff willing to bend over backwards, nice outside areas to sit and relax, clean and comfortable rooms. Could hear noisy traffic when relaxing outside; traffic not audible later when sleeping.

We had a nice stay for two nights when we were in the area for a soccer tournament.

The staff was great. Plenty of parking and the area felt safe. The property is a bit dated but very well maintained. Excellent value for the money if you just need a bed for the night.

Very lovely hotel with lovely people! The pastoral view of the farmland off in the distance was also a very pleasant surprise to wake up to!

This place never disappoints. The only drawback is the occasional truck noise from Rt. 30. The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous and respond quickly to any requests. Closed to shops and restaurants just to the east of Lancaster. It's a first-choice, not a fallback.

Great room. Near things we wanted to do. A lot of restaurants near by and a lot of shopping. Was able to get fresh fruits and vegetables from stands nearby
