Very lovely hotel with lovely people! The pastoral view of the farmland off in the distance was also a very pleasant surprise to wake up to!

This place never disappoints. The only drawback is the occasional truck noise from Rt. 30. The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous and respond quickly to any requests. Closed to shops and restaurants just to the east of Lancaster. It's a first-choice, not a fallback.

Great room. Near things we wanted to do. A lot of restaurants near by and a lot of shopping. Was able to get fresh fruits and vegetables from stands nearby

I've stayed here many times, always great! Nice breakfast and the staff is so helpful. Near a busy intersection of the highway but can't hear the noise in the rooms.

Appeared very dated with a dated television with poor color and no streaming but was exceptionally clean.

Television didn't work and WiFi was useless. You could sign into the WiFi but then you couldn't go anywhere with it.

Owner was very friendly and made sure we would enjoy our stay.

Room was very nice and had everything we needed! The location was perfect and the owners were great! The king size bed in Rm 5 was incredibly hard. We spoke to management about this.

Extremely kind owners The rooms are dark. They could use an update. The office… is heavily scented with ensence and it’s a little hard to breath.

Room neat & clean; bed ok Continental breakfast-coffee, orange juice, bananas, apples, cereal, bagels, oatmeal, peanut butter & jelly (made me happy!) No facial tissues in room Unusual clicking sound in ceiling/wall a couple of times but didn’t last long; nobody in next room

Breakfast was near non-existant, the beds were harder than the floor (I tried both), no Coffee available anytime I tried, and whenever you looked for the staff they disappeared.

Beds were to hard,the breakfast sucked

It was quiet. Water didn't go down the tub and the blanket on the beds were too scratchy

My favorite motel in all Lancaster County wonderful friendly staff. Perfect location great room for the price. Look forward to staying there again next time I visit Lancaster County in the winter
