I didn’t stay. They wouldn’t give me a refund. They wouldn’t give me a refund for canceling my room.

Location The place smelled with cigarettes and the air conditioning did not work

They did not have what I paid for but I had already paid for room through booking. Co.. they had microwaves down stairs in lobby and took it out and I couldn't feed my kids after the 2 day. I cleaned the room myself and when I needed extra tissue they wouldn't give me any. But the main thing when it came to my kids i should not have to do that if they had not replaced microwave

The air conditioner worked. This was the nastiest hotel room I have ever had. There were cigarette burns on the day bed (see attached pics) & piss stains on the mattress. I was so thankful that I brought a set of clean linens with me from home. I immediately took the hotel's linens off the bed, put mine on, & prayed that I would not get lice, scabies, etc. from the mattress or mattress pad. My goal was to sleep until 5:30 and then get up & leave. I woke up at 4:30 and decided to go ahead and leave. The other people staying at the hotel looked stoned. I know that I only paid $90, but I was expecting at least a moderately decent place to stay. This was utterly disgusting. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was b/c the air conditioner worked. I thought long and hard about sleeping in my hot car. I am going to my doctor next week & ask him to test me for any infection I might have picked up.

The location and the fact that the room was clean. The staff were nice. They don’t have microwaves and refrigerators in the room. You literally have to go downstairs and use the microwave in the coffee area.

Room look like crackhead were using it! Cigarettes all over-the-counter all over the sink burn marks holes in some of the seats in the chairs! I was going to cancel it but the Manager or whoever was on that worked at night gave me a little bit better of a room to go look at and save that room should not have been booked! That part was greatly appreciated Considering how tired I was from such a long ride 3 hour drive and being disabled! The room looked like crackheads were in it or had been using it burnt sugar Burns over the chairs and all over the bathroom sink I thought it was a design until I found out better WTF

The location was fine. The hotel looked like something from a horror movie. We checked in, went to our room., went back downstairs and asked for a refund and went across the street to stay at a different hotel. It was filthy, exposed wires in the BATHROOM! The AC was falling apart... the bedding had holes in it.... the pictures online are deceiving and the hotel was filled with drug addicts and seedy characters. I didnt expect perfection for the price but I definitely expected better. Everything was filthy and ragged

The fact that I was charged a hundred dollars for room that looked like it was worth about forty nine. No phone, No way to reach any one in case of an emergency. The she.\nEts didn't stay on the bed, Barry rundown and not the cleanest in the world.
