I was pleasantly surprised after reading the poor reviews, we really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The room and property will clean and well kept. Sure, their were kids running at night but I haven't been to an Embassy Suites that doesn't. Thank you, we will come back.

Friendly staff

Carpet was sticky, hair in bathtub, spilled drink in fridge, and fried chicken on the floor

The property as fine. It could use a fresh new look to the carpet, drapes, bedding. The room was clean and the staff very friendly.

I booked my stay through Expedia. Prepaid for my room in advance. When I got to the hotel they did not show my reservation. The staff helped me contact Expedia and get my reservation sent to them so I did not have to pay for the room twice and then contact Expedia to get my money back for the reservation they sold to a 3rd party and that 3rd party had not sent my reservation to the hotel. It took me over an hour to get it all sorted out. The staff were so helpful and nice to deal with.

This was our first time at this hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was very spacious and clean; excellent breakfast with free drinks and snacks in the evening.

My room wasn’t vacuum it was paper and someone fake nails on the floor.. My ironing board was broken so I couldn’t iron my clothes really or my friend whom was out of town celebrating his birthday…So I was embarrassed because I booked and paid 240.00 for a room that needs alot of up grading…

Very sweet staff and rooms were clean.

We checked in and our reservations were not correct. Thankfully the staff was super helpful and found us a room however the room was not very clean and the shower was broken and gross. Breakfast was not great either
-
The room was really clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was good but I guess my expectations were slightly higher because it was an Embassy Suites and it was just okay. The bar was nice and we really enjoyed the evening reception.
-
The managers special food was not refreshed so if you didn't get there right at 6p you were left with a few chips to choose from. However, the bartender was very friendly, patient and did an amazing job! He was the highlight of our stay.

Great Hotel with nice amenities and perks to have an enjoyable stay. We like the great efficiency of the front desk staff.

This Embassy Suites is below Hilton Hotel standards.
-
This hotel has changed tremendously over the 30 years I have been staying there. It is no longer up to the Embassy Suites standard.
-
Too far from Interstate access.
