Clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was excellent when we had issues getting into the parking lot. Just my husband and I in town for a concert. Great location for amphitheater.

Great staff

The hotel is located downtown. Homeless people issue. It’s unfortunate, so just something to be mindful of. The hotel was not clean. The carpeting in the room was sticky. “Clean” towels in the bathroom were dirty. Again, the “clean” towels that are supposed to be changed out in the bathrooms, were all dirty with the exception of one bath towel. My entire room and sheets smelled like cocoa butter and cologne. Will not stay there again.

It was our first trip to Birmingham, which is a lovely city. Everything regarding the hotel was wonderful. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was unique as I really enjoyed the breakfast taco station, that was very good idea. The only slight negative is need for the off-property parking. However, it was a very short walk back to the hotel and the area was well lit with several other people moving about. With the location of the hotel, I can understand the parking issue. When we come back, I would stay again.

The rooms where very nice. Good location. Great breakfast. The staff of exceptionally helpful and kind. Parking you have to park a block away in a public parking garage.

The sofa bed was dirty although it didn’t look old. Maybe a cleaning would be a good idea.

We’ve stayed at this hotel for the past four years while attending a conference at the BJCC and have always had a great experience. In fact, we’ve recommended this hotel to many friends over the years. Unfortunately, this year’s stay completely changed our opinion. At check-in, we were told we were not allowed to park in the hotel lot under any circumstances because the spaces were reserved for another group. When we politely asked if we could park there if spaces were available later that evening, Diane, who wasn’t even checking us in and was on another phone call, interrupted to tell us our only option was to cancel our reservation and find another hotel outside the city. That is not how loyal guests should be treated. What made the situation even more disappointing was that our vehicle displayed a valid handicap parking placard because three of our four guests require accessible parking. No one asked about our accessibility needs or discussed the accessible parking advertised by the hotel. Instead, we were told to drop everyone at the door and park across the street in a public garage. Ironically, our room overlooked the parking lot, and there were multiple empty spaces both nights. Kasey at the front desk and Maria in the breakfast area were wonderful and deserve recognition for their kindness and professionalism. I also contacted hotel management after our stay. While they apologized for how we were treated, they offered no meaningful resolution. After four years of stay

Stay was great, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Reached out to me prior to arrival to see if I had any questions, checkin was quick (Sonia) goody bags with water bottles awesome! Room was spacious and clean. Happy hour and complimentary breakfast was good and valuable for guest. Would stay again!

The security and friendly staff. It needs some repairs, but what hotel doesn’t need some small work.

Nice condition with very spacious suites. Breakfast average and as expected for a lower to mid level Hilton property. Convenient to numerous restaurants and bars but a nightlife is geared towards a very young crowd.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed talking with the bartender and the breakfast was very good. The dining options near the hotel were very good.
